Biografi

Prof. Dr. Siti Baitul Mukarromah, S.Si., M.Si.Med., adalah seorang akademisi dan inovator terkemuka dalam bidang Ilmu Keolahragaan, khususnya pada Ilmu Gizi Olahraga. Sebagai seorang ilmuwan, beliau menciptakan Aquarobics, sebuah inovasi olahraga berbasis air yang telah mendapatkan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI). Aquarobics dirancang untuk meningkatkan kebugaran dan menurunkan obesitas secara efektif. Selain itu, beliau juga menghasilkan inovasi lain seperti Batik Kormi, barbel untuk senam aerobik, sabuk apung untuk senam di air, dan paten metode pelatihan Aquarobics.

Prof. Siti juga memiliki peran penting di berbagai forum akademik internasional, termasuk sebagai pembicara utama di konferensi seperti ICOPSHS, FAOPS 2023, dan ICSSH, serta sebagai Juri Tnternasional level 4 FIG de Gymnastics. Selain itu, beliau aktif sebagai konsultan Ilmu Gizi Olahraga di balai PPLOP Jawa Tengah, PSSI Jawa Tengah dan terlibat sebagai Konsultan di Akademi Haji Indonesai serta sebagai Nara Sumber dalam berbagai Pelatihan olahraga Tingkat Nasional maupun Internasional. Karya-karya beliau telah mendapatkan penghargaan tingkat nasional dan internasional, termasuk Young Investigator Award di Bangkok, Thailand. Dedikasinya dalam mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan memajukan olahraga terus memberikan dampak positif, baik di dunia akademik maupun masyarakat luas.
