Biography

Prof. Bambang Priyono, M.Pd, adalah seorang akademisi dan praktisi pendidikan yang memiliki fokus pada bidang pendidikan jasmani dan pengembangan karakter melalui olahraga. Beliau dikenal sebagai peneliti aktif yang mengkaji berbagai aspek dalam pendidikan jasmani, termasuk nilai karakter dan persepsi terhadap guru pendidikan jasmani. Salah satu karya ilmiahnya yang terkenal adalah penelitian berjudul “Nilai Karakter Dalam Beladiri Tradisional Gongcik” yang diterbitkan dalam Jurnal Global Seni Kemanusiaan dan Sosial Sains pada tahun 2024. Dalam penelitian tersebut, Prof. Bambang meneliti peran penting beladiri tradisional Gongcik dalam membentuk nilai-nilai karakter pada peserta didik.

Selain itu, Prof. Bambang juga melakukan penelitian mengenai “Persepsi Siswa SMA Terhadap Guru Pendidikan Jasmani” yang dipublikasikan dalam Cakrawala Pendidikan pada tahun 2022. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai bagaimana siswa melihat peran guru dalam pendidikan jasmani, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran.

Tidak hanya terbatas pada pengajaran, beliau juga mengkaji topik terkait profil status gizi pendidikan jasmani guru yang diterbitkan di JOSSAE pada tahun 2022, serta masalah pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani pada madrasah swasta Ibtidaiyah yang dibahas dalam SD Sinta 2 pada tahun 2021. Karya-karya ini menunjukkan dedikasi Prof. Bambang terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan jasmani dan pengembangan karakter siswa. Prof. Bambang Priyono, dengan rekam jejak akademik yang solid, terus berkontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu pendidikan jasmani di Indonesia.
