Persiapan Laporan Kinerja, JDIH UNNES Hadiri Forum Koordinasi E-Reporting

Untuk menunjukkan komitmen dalam meningkatkan kinerja JDIH dan memastikan transparansi informasi hukum bagi publik, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) melalui Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum (JDIH) yang dikelola oleh Kantor Hukum UNNES turut berpartisipasi dalam Forum Koordinasi Anggota JDIH se-Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh Biro Hukum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada Kamis (14/11).

Dalam acara ini, Kepala Kantor Hukum Dr. Cahya Wulandari, S.H., M.Hum., staf, dan anggota JDIH UNNES mengikuti Forum Koordinasi dengan tema “Persiapan Pelaporan Hasil Kinerja Pengelolaan JDIH Tahun 2024 melalui e-Reporting”, yang berlangsung daring melalui Zoom meeting dan disaksikan langsung di Ruang Vicon Gedung H Rektorat UNNES.

Acara dibuka dengan sambutan dari Kepala Biro Hukum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Bapak Iwanuddin Iskandar, S.H., M.H. Dalam sambutannya, beliau menyoroti pentingnya penggunaan e-Reporting sebagai alat untuk menilai kinerja JDIH sekaligus memperkuat keterbukaan informasi kepada publik.

“E-Reporting ini tidak hanya menjadi dasar dalam penilaian JDIH, tetapi juga sebagai cara kita dalam memberikan informasi yang terbuka kepada masyarakat,” ungkapnya.

Kegiatan ini menghadirkan narasumber Idham Adriansyah, Pranata Komputer Ahli Muda dari Badan Pembinaan Hukum Nasional, yang menjelaskan indikator-indikator penilaian JDIH untuk tahun 2024. Indikator tersebut mencakup aspek-aspek seperti (1) Organisasi, (2) SDM , (3) Koleksi Dokumen Hukum, (4) Teknis Pengelolaan (5) Sarana dan Prasarana, (6) Pemanfaatan TIK dan (7) Pengembangan JDIH yang meliputi Sosialisasi Promosi JDIH serta Penguatan Organisasi dan Kerja sama.

Sesi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab serta penjelasan terkait dengan setiap indikator penilaian. Para peserta yang terdiri dari berbagai dinas dan instansi kantor hukum se-Jawa Tengah menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi sepanjang acara.

Sebelumnya, UNNES telah mengadakan Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) pada Oktober lalu untuk memperkuat sistem dokumentasi dan publikasi produk hukumnya.
