Perkuat Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas Keuangan, UNNES Gelar Sosialisasi Pengelolaan Dana PTNBH

Sebagai langkah konkret dalam meningkatkan tata kelola keuangan dan mengedepankan transparansi serta akuntabilitas, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menggelar Sosialisasi Pengelolaan Dana Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum (PTNBH), Selasa (25/7/2023). Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen UNNES untuk menjaga integritas dan profesionalisme dalam pengelolaan dana lembaga, serta untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.

Acara sosialisasi yang berlangsung di Rektorat UNNES ini dihadiri oleh Wakil Rektor bidang Perencanaan, Umum, SDM, dan Keuangan, Direktur Perencanaan dan Keuangan, dan Ketua Satuan Pengawas Internal.

Peserta kegiatan ialah Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK); Wakil Dekan bidang Perencanaan dan Sumber Daya; Wakil Dekan bidang Bisnis, Riset, dan Kerjasama; Wakil Direktur Bidang Umum, Keuangan, SDM, dan Bisnis Sekolah Pascasarjana; Sekretaris Lembaga; Kepala Administrasi Keuangan dan Bisnis; Kepala Administrasi Umum, SDM, dan Kerjasama; dan Bendahara Pengeluaran Pembantu (BPP) di lingkungan UNNES.

Wakil Rektor bidang Perencanaan, Umum, SDM, dan Keuangan, Prof. Heri Yanto, M.B.A., Ph.D. dalam sambutannya menyampaikan pentingnya upaya kolektif untuk memperkuat tata kelola keuangan di lingkungan PTNBH.

“Sosialisasi ini adalah wujud dari komitmen UNNES untuk menjalankan tugas sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang profesional dan transparan. Kami percaya bahwa pengelolaan dana yang baik akan berdampak positif pada pencapaian visi dan misi UNNES PTNBH dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa,” ujar Prof. Heri.

Materi-materi yang disampaikan dalam sosialisasi ini meliputi Peraturan Rektor No. 55 Th 2022 tentang Pengelolaan Dana PTNBH; Sistem dan Prosedur Administrasi Keuangan Pengelolaan Penerimaan Pendapatan Kerjasama, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian; Sistem dan Prosedur Perencanaan dan Akuntansi; dan Sistem dan Prosedur Pencairan serta Pertanggungjawaban Keuangan. Ke-70 peserta yang hadir diharapkan dapat memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana mengoptimalkan penggunaan dana PTNBH dengan akuntabilitas yang tinggi.

Direktur Perencanaan dan Keuangan, Junjung Sugiyat, S.IP. mengungkapkan melalui sosialisasi pengelolaan dana yang berfokus pada transparansi dan akuntabilitas, UNNES telah menegaskan komitmennya untuk terus berada di garis depan dalam memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas tinggi, menjunjung tinggi etika, serta menerapkan praktik tata kelola yang baik untuk keberlanjutan dan kemajuan dunia pendidikan.

Sosialisasi ini diharapkan memberikan peningkatan pemahaman dan persepsi yang sama bagi para pelaku atau pejabat yg terkait di bidang pengelolaan keuangan, sehingga pengelolaan keuangan di UNNES terlaksana secara transparan, efisien, efektif, dan akuntabel.
