Perkuat Tata Kelola Informasi, UNNES Bahas Program Kerja PPID 2026

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menggelar Rapat Kerja Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) Tahun 2026 sebagai upaya memperkuat pengelolaan layanan informasi publik di lingkungan universitas.

Kegiatan ini menjadi bagian dari komitmen UNNES dalam menjaga keterbukaan informasi serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan informasi kepada masyarakat.

Rapat kerja yang dilaksanakan Kamis (5/3) secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting dipimpin oleh Wakil Rektor Bidang Riset, Inovasi, dan Sistem Informasi UNNES sekaligus PPID Utama, Prof. Dr. Ngabiyanto, M.Si.

Dalam pemaparannya, Prof. Ngabiyanto menyampaikan gambaran umum rencana kerja PPID UNNES Tahun 2026. Program kerja tersebut mencakup penguatan penyediaan informasi publik, peningkatan kualitas layanan informasi, pengembangan sistem layanan informasi yang terintegrasi, serta peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia pengelola informasi di lingkungan universitas.

Menurutnya, penguatan peran PPID menjadi bagian penting dalam mendukung tata kelola perguruan tinggi yang transparan dan akuntabel. Upaya tersebut sekaligus menjadi langkah strategis untuk mempertahankan capaian UNNES sebagai perguruan tinggi informatif tingkat nasional.

Sebelumnya, UNNES berhasil meraih predikat Badan Publik dengan kualifikasi Informatif dalam Anugerah Keterbukaan Informasi Publik Tahun 2025 dengan nilai 98,87 dan menempati peringkat pertama di antara seluruh perguruan tinggi di Indonesia.

Selanjutnya materi disampaikan oleh PPID Utama, Dr. Surahmat, S.Pd., M.Hum. Ia memaparkan materi mengenai jabaran atau cascading program kerja PPID UNNES Tahun 2026.

Materi tersebut menjelaskan pelaksanaan program kerja pada tingkat divisi dan unit kerja, termasuk agenda kegiatan seperti penyusunan Daftar Informasi Publik (DIP), penyusunan Daftar Informasi yang Dikecualikan (DIK), pengembangan sistem pengaduan terintegrasi, pelatihan layanan informasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi keterbukaan informasi publik.

Dalam sesi diskusi, beberapa peserta menyampaikan pandangan dan pertanyaan terkait implementasi program kerja PPID di tingkat unit. Sesi ini dipandu oleh Eko Febrianto, S.Pd., M.Kom. selaku Dewan Pertimbangan. Diskusi tersebut diharapkan dapat memperkuat koordinasi serta menyelaraskan pelaksanaan program keterbukaan informasi di seluruh unit kerja UNNES.

Melalui rapat kerja ini, UNNES menegaskan komitmennya untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan informasi publik sekaligus mendorong terciptanya layanan informasi yang transparan, akuntabel, dan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat.
