Perkuat Seni, Budaya, dan Pariwisata, FBS UNNES dan Disbudpar Kota Semarang Jalin Kerja Sama

Dalam rangka memperkuat ekosistem seni, budaya, dan pariwisata di Ibu Kota Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni (FBS) Universitas Negeri Semarang resmi menjalin kerja sama dengan Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata (Disbudpar) Kota Semarang.

Penandatanganan perjanjian kerja sama ini dilaksanakan pada Rabu, 25/06/2025, bertempat di kantor Disbudpar Kota Semarang, Gedung Pandanaran Lantai 8, Jalan Pemuda No. 175, Semarang. Kolaborasi ini disambut hangat oleh kedua belah pihak sebagai upaya bersama untuk memajukan potensi kota Semarang melalui sinergi antara pemerintah daerah dan perguruan tinggi.

Dekan FBS UNNES, Prof. Dr. Tommi Yuniawan, M.Hum. menyampaikan bahwa kerja sama ini sejalan dengan komitmen FBS sebagai bagian dari kampus konservasi yang tidak hanya fokus pada bidang akademik, tetapi juga aktif mengambil peran dalam pembangunan masyarakat dan pelestarian budaya.

Dalam kerja sama ini, FBS UNNES berkomitmen mendukung berbagai program pemerintah Kota Semarang melalui pelibatan aktif dosen dan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan-kegiatan seni dan budaya yang digelar di Kota Semarang. Mulai dari pementasan seni, festival kebudayaan, hingga keikutsertaan sebagai juri, narasumber, atau tim kreatif dalam berbagai acara yang memperkenalkan kekayaan budaya kota Semarang ke masyarakat luas.

Tak hanya dalam bentuk event, kerja sama ini juga mencakup pengembangan program magang bagi mahasiswa FBS UNNES yang tertarik mendalami praktik kerja di sektor budaya dan pariwisata. Para mahasiswa akan mendapat kesempatan belajar langsung di lingkungan Disbudpar dan berkontribusi dalam program-program unggulan pemerintah kota Semarang.

Kepala Disbudpar Kota Semarang, R. Wing Wiyarso Poespojoedho, S.Sos.,M.Si., menilai kolaborasi ini sebagai langkah strategis dalam memperkaya konten-konten kesenian dan kualitas kegiatan budaya di kota Semarang.

“Kita optimis bahwa dukungan dari akademisi, seniman, dan generasi muda akan menjadikan kegiatan seni dan budaya di Kota Semarang semakin meriah dan semarak. Kerja sama ini merupakan bagian penting dalam memperkuat citra Kota Semarang sebagai kota budaya dan kota wisata” ungkapnya.

Kerja sama ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi penguatan identitas budaya Kota Semarang, peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan-kegiatan kesenian, serta menambah daya tarik pariwisata di Kota Semarang. Melalui semangat kolaborasi, FBS UNNES dan Disbudpar Kota Semarang bersama-sama mendorong terciptanya ruang-ruang budaya yang inklusif, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan.
