Perkuat Reformasi Birokrasi, UNNES Gelar Uji Publik Standar Pelayanan

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menggelar Uji Publik Standar Pelayanan Universitas Negeri Semarang pada Kamis (4/8) bertempat di Aula Amartapura Hotel Grand Candi Semarang.

Koordinator Bagian Hukum dan Kepegawaian UNNES Siti Mursidah SPd MSi dalam laporannya menyebut, UNNES telah menyusun sejumlah draft standar layanan terbaru.

“Tim telah menyiapkan 18 draft standar pelayanan yang akan dibahas dan di-review pada kesempatan ini, sehingga kami sangat berharap Bapak/Ibu Stake Holder berkenan untuk memberikan masukan agar layanan yang UNNES berikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan Bapak/Ibu semua,” ungkapnya.

Turut hadir Wakil Rektor Bidang Umum dan Keuangan Prof Dr S Martono MSi yang diwakilkan oleh plt. Kepala Biro Umum, Hukum, dan Kepegawaian (BUHK) Mulyo Widodo SPd MM.

“Terima kasih rawuhnya Bapak/Ibu Stake Holder, harapannya Bapak/Ibu bisa mengikuti kegiatan ini sampai selesai sehingga melalui uji publik ini, Bapak/Ibu dapat mencermati dan memberikan masukan atas draft standar layanan yang telah disusun,” jelas Mulyo Widodo SPd MM.

Menurutnya, Uji Public Standar Pelayanan ini merujuk pada Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 25 Tahun 2020 tentang Road Map Reformasi Birokrasi Kementrian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Dan Reformasi Birokrasi 2020-2024.

“Sesuai amanah Permen PAN & RB No 25 tahun 2022, bahwa UNNES sudah menyusun peta jalan Reformasi Birokrasi salah satunya penyusunan standar layanan,” imbuhnya.

Hadir sebagai narasumber public hearing, Koordinator Unit Layanan Terpadu (ULT) Alfath Yanuarto SKom yang memberikan gambaran umum terkait pelayanan di UNNES.

“Standar pelayanan merupakan tolok ukur yang dipergunakan sebagai pedoman penyelenggaraan pelayanan dan acuan penilaian kualitas pelayanan sebagai kewajiban dan janji penyelenggara kepada masyarakat dalam rangka pelayanan yang berkualitas, cepat, mudah, terjangkau dan terukur,” jelas Alfath Yanuarto SKom.

UNNES, imbuhnya, senantiasa memperbaiki kualitas kinerja dan layanan guna mengakomodasi kebutuhan para stake holdernya. Uji publik standar pelayanan menjadi bagian penting dari upaya UNNES dalam menguatkan pelaksanaan Reformasi Birokrasi di UNNES.

Uji Publik Standar Pelayanan kali ini secara khusus akan membahas dan me-review 18 pelayanan yang meliputi Layanan Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru; Layanan Legalisasi Online; Layanan Wisuda, Layanan Sewa Barang Milik Negara (BMN); Layanan Turnitin; Layanan Penggantian Ijzah/Transkrip Nilai/Akta Mengajar; Layanan Penetapan Ulang UKT; Layanan Penerimaan Mahasiswa Asing; Layanan Informasi Publik; Layanan Liputan Berita; Layanan Pengaduan; Layanan Kerja Sama; Layanan English Score; Layanan Applied Approach (AA); Layanan Pekerti; Layanan Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC); Layanan Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Preparation; dan Layanan UNNES TOPEL.
