Perkuat Peran Perempuan, DWP UNNES Selenggarakan Seminar Pemberdayaan

Dharma Wanita Persatuan Universitas Negeri Semarang (DWP UNNES) mengadakan seminar pemberdayaan sebagai upaya untuk memperkuat peran wanita dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Acara tersebut diikuti oleh pengurus dan anggota DWP UNNES di Ruang Senat, Rektorat UNNES pada Kamis (25/5).

Seminar pemberdayaan ini merupakan inisiatif dari DWP UNNES yang berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan peran serta kontribusi perempuan dalam pembangunan sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya di masyarakat. Acara ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada peserta mengenai isu-isu penting yang dihadapi oleh wanita masa kini serta memberikan inspirasi untuk mencapai potensi terbaik mereka.

Dalam sambutannya, Ketua DWP UNNES, Ny. Karniti S Martono, mengungkapkan pentingnya pemberdayaan perempuan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Ia menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan Seminar Pemberdayaan Perempuan tahun ini mengangkat tema “Kepribadian Tangguh dan Mandiri untuk Kecemerlangan Negeri”.

“Hal ini sangat lekat dengan sosok ideal seorang perempuan yang berperan sebagai ibu serta istri di mana dengan kepribadian yang tangguh dan kemandirian yang dimiliki dapat mengantarkan negeri kita menjadi maju dan cemerlang,” jelas Ny. Karniti S Martono.

Melalui seminar ini, DWP UNNES ingin memberikan ruang bagi pengurus dan anggotanya untuk berbagi pengalaman, belajar dari narasumber ahli, dan memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang berbagai isu kritis yang dihadapi oleh perempuan.

Seminar pemberdayaan ini menghadirkan Bonita D Sempurno, seorang pakar kepribadian dan Direktur PT YPI Training Centre and Consultancy. Bonita berbagi pengalaman tentang bagaimana dia berhasil meraih kesuksesan dalam dunia bisnis yang sebagian besar didominasi oleh laki-laki. Cerita inspiratifnya memberikan motivasi dan keyakinan kepada para peserta seminar bahwa kesuksesan itu dapat dicapai oleh siapa saja, termasuk perempuan.

Peserta seminar sangat antusias dan bersemangat mengikuti berbagai sesi diskusi dan workshop yang diadakan selama acara. Mereka juga memiliki kesempatan untuk bertanya langsung kepada narasumber dan mendapatkan wawasan baru tentang berbagai topik terkait pemberdayaan perempuan.

Dalam penutupan seminar, Ny. Karniti S Martono mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh peserta, narasumber, dan panitia yang telah berkontribusi dalam keberhasilan acara ini. Ia juga menegaskan komitmen DWP UNNES untuk terus mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang mendorong pemberdayaan perempuan dan mengaktifkan peran mereka dalam membangun masa depan yang lebih baik.
