Perkuat Pengelolaan Administrasi Berbasis IT, UNSIKA Sepakati Kerja Sama dengan UNNES

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menerima kunjungan dan diskusi pengelolaan administrasi berbasis IT dari Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (UNSIKA), Selasa, (28/3) di Ruang Vicon Rektorat UNNES.

Dalam diskusi terfokus tersebut, UNSIKA menyepakati dan berkomitmen untuk menerapkan Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Administrasi yang dimiliki oleh UNNES.

Ada sebanyak 8 sistem yang akan diimplementasikan oleh UNSIKA. Delapan sistem itu yakni Sistem Informasi Akademik, Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian, Sistem Informasi Penelitian & Pengabdian, Sistem Informasi Kearsipan/Office, Sistem Informasi Penganggaran, Sistem Informasi Keuangan, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, dan Sistem Informasi Remunerasi.

Rombongan UNSIKA diterima langsung oleh Rektor UNNES, Prof Dr S Martono MSi dan didampingi para wakil Rektor UNNES dan jajaran pimpinan terkait.

Dalam sambutannya, Rektor UNNES menyampaikan bahwa UNSIKA sebagai PTN BLU perlu untuk meningkatkan tata kelola administrasi khususnya dalam pengelolaan keuangan secara profesional, transparan, dan akuntabel. Hal ini sesuai dengan harapan dari Pemerintah, Khususnya Kementerian Keuangan RI yang telah menetapkan UNSIKA sebagai PTN BLU.

“Seperti halnya UNNES, yang telah menjadi PTN BLU sejak tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2022, telah meningkatkan pengelolaan administrasi UNNES dengan berbasis IT. Pengelolaan administrasi berbasis IT di UNNES ini yang menghasilkan banyak sistem informasi yang di miliki oleh UNNES, diantaranya adalah sistem dasar pengelolaan tata kelola sebagai PTN BLU,” kata Prof Martono.

Sementara itu, Wakil Direktur Bidang Umum dan Keuangan UNSIKA, Dr Hartelina SE MSi menyampaikan, bahwa UNSIKA telah menjadi PTN BLU sejak tahun 2021, hal ini mengharuskan UNSIKA untuk mengimplementasikan tata Kelola administrasi yang lebih baik, efektif, dan efesien.

Ia mengatakan,salah satunya upaya untuk mewujudkan hal itu dengan melakukan kerja sama dengan UNNES dalam kerja sama pembuatan delapan sistem informasi administrasi di lingkungan UNSIKA.

“UNNES memiliki sistem informasi akademik dan administrasi yang mudah diimplementasikan dan disesuaikan dengan struktur di UNSIKA, untuk itu kami menjalin kerja sama dengan UNNES dengan harapan bisa seperti UNNES dalam pengelolaan administrasi dan keuangan. Oleh karena itu kami mohon bantuan dan bimbingan dari UNNES,” tutur Wakil Direktur Bidang Umum dan Keuangan UNSIKA.

Hadir juga dalam acara ceremony tersebut, yaitu Ketua Badan Pengembangan Bisnis, Kepala UPT TIK, Kepala BPK, Bagian Hukum dan kepegawaian, dan Bagian Kerja Sama Dalam Negeri BAKK.
