Perkuat Pendidikan Karakter, FISIP UNNES Gelar Dialog Keagamaan

Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) melalui Departemen Agama dan Kepercayaan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) sukses menyelenggarakan kegiatan Dialog Keagamaan bertema “Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis Nilai-nilai Agama dalam Bingkai Kebhinnekaan”, Rabu (28/5), di Aula C7 Lantai 3 FISIP UNNES.

Kegiatan ini digelar sebagai upaya memperkuat nilai-nilai toleransi dan membangun karakter mahasiswa yang inklusif serta menjunjung tinggi semangat kebhinnekaan.

Acara dibuka secara resmi oleh Wakil Dekan II Bidang Perencanaan dan Sumber Daya FISIP UNNES, Prof. Dr. Heri Tjahjono, M.Si., ditandai dengan pemukulan gong sebagai simbol dimulainya kegiatan. Dalam sambutannya, beliau menekankan pentingnya ruang dialog lintas agama untuk menciptakan kehidupan kampus yang damai dan harmonis.

Empat narasumber lintas agama dihadirkan untuk memberikan perspektif tentang pendidikan karakter dan keberagaman, yakni: I Nengah Wirta Darmayana, S.H., M.H. (Parasada Hindu Dharma Indonesia), Dr. H. Multazam, M.Pd. (Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama), Ev. Oktafianus Nanda Apafrodhitus, S.Hum. (Ketua History Maker), Stanley Khu, S.Ant., M.A. (Tokoh Agama Buddha).

Diskusi dipandu oleh Nadia, Mahasiswa Berprestasi FISIP UNNES Tahun 2025, yang memoderatori jalannya dialog secara aktif dan interaktif.

Para narasumber menyampaikan pentingnya internalisasi nilai-nilai agama dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa yang toleran, saling menghargai, dan menjunjung tinggi moderasi beragama. Nilai-nilai tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan dalam membangun masyarakat yang inklusif dan berkeadilan.

Dosen pendamping kegiatan sekaligus Pembina BEM FISIP UNNES, Erisandi Arditama, S.I.P., M.A., menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk komitmen organisasi mahasiswa dalam memperluas wawasan kebangsaan serta memperkuat nilai-nilai kemanusiaan universal.

Kegiatan ini juga sejalan dengan pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya poin ke-16 tentang “Mempromosikan masyarakat yang damai dan inklusif untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan.”

Melalui dialog ini, diharapkan mahasiswa FISIP UNNES dapat menjadi agen perdamaian dan keberagaman di tengah dinamika masyarakat multikultural Indonesia.
