Perkuat Kerja Sama, UNNES Tanda Tangani Nota Kesepahaman dengan PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menandatangani Nota Kesepahaman (MoU) dengan PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia. Penandatanganan ini merupakan langkah konkret UNNES dalam memperkuat kerja sama di bidang pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Penandatanganan berlangsung di Jakarta, pada Selasa, (6/8) dengan UNNES diwakili oleh Rektor Prof. Dr. S Martono, M.Si., dan PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia diwakili oleh Direktur Utama PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia Lukman Hakim Abd Rauf.

Nota Kesepahaman ini memiliki tujuan dalam rangka kerja sama kelembagaan, dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan masing-masing pihak untuk meningkatkan sumber daya kampus melalui pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Kerja sama ini juga dimaksudkan untuk menciptakan hubungan yang saling menguntungkan, dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip bisnis yang sehat serta tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (Good Corporate Governance/GCG).

Ruang lingkup Nota Kesepahaman mencakup pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian kepada masyarakat, serta kerja sama dalam bidang lain yang telah disepakati.

Prof S Martono dalam sambutannya menekankan agar potensi dan kapabilitas kerja sama ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebaik-baiknya.

“Selain meningkatkan pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, kerja sama ini juga memberikan kesempatan bagi kedua belah pihak untuk dapat mengimplementasikan IPTEK, serta mendukung kegiatan pengembangan kelembagaan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat” ungkap Prof Martono.

Acara penandatanganan ini dihadiri oleh Rektor UNNES Prof. Dr. S Martono, M.Si., Wakil Rektor II Bidang Perencanaan, Umum, Sumber Daya Manusia & Keuangan Prof. Heri Yanto, M.B.A., Ph.D., Wakil Rektor IV Bidang Kerja Sama, Bisnis, & Hubungan Internasional Prof. Dr. Nur Qudus, M.T., IPM., Ketua SAU Dr. Sucipto, Kepala LP2 Prof. Dr. R Benny Riyanto, M.Hum., Direktur SPS Prof. Dr. Fathur Rokhman, M.Hum., Dekan FH Prof. Dr. Ali Masyhar, S.H., M.H., Dekan FEB Prof. Dr. Amir Mahmud, S.Pd., M.Si., Kepala Divisi Kerja Sama Iwan Sulistiyo, S.Pd., serta Kepala Sub Bagian Tata Usaha dan Protokol Rochsid Tri Hanggoro Putro, S.Pd.

Diharapkan dengan kerja sama ini, dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi pengembangan pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang pada akhirnya akan menguntungkan kedua institusi serta masyarakat luas.
