Perkuat Jembatan Kampus-Industri, UNNES Gelar Campus Hiring Mayora

Pusat Layanan Bahasa, Pelatihan Pendidikan, Karier, Bimbingan Konseling, dan Disabilitas (LPPP UNNES) bersama dengan PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. menggelar kegiatan Campus Hiring selama dua hari, yakni pada 16-17 Juli 2025 di Gedung Prof. Satmoko UNNES lantai 2.

Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 292 peserta, yang merupakan mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan alumni Universitas Negeri Semarang dari berbagai program studi. Para peserta sangat antusias mengikuti proses seleksi langsung dari perusahaan yang dikenal sebagai salah satu produsen makanan dan minuman terbesar di Indonesia ini.

Campus Hiring ini menjadi wujud nyata komitmen UNNES melalui LPPP dalam memfasilitasi akses mahasiswa dan alumni terhadap dunia kerja, sekaligus menjembatani kebutuhan industri terhadap sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas.

Perwakilan dari PT. Mayora menyampaikan apresiasi atas antusiasme peserta serta kesiapan UNNES dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan rekrutmen ini. Dalam sesi sambutan, pihak PT. Mayora juga memberikan gambaran mengenai profil perusahaan, nilai-nilai budaya kerja, dan peluang karier yang ditawarkan.

Kegiatan ini selaras dengan semangat Diktisaintek Berdampak. Melalui program rekrutmen langsung ini, UNNES menunjukkan peran aktif dalam memperkuat sinergi antara pendidikan tinggi dan dunia industri, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam menciptakan lulusan yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga siap memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat dan pembangunan nasional.

Campus Hiring juga mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya Goal 4: Quality Education dan Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, dengan membuka kesempatan kerja layak bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif.

Dengan adanya program ini, UNNES berharap dapat terus menjadi kampus yang berdampak dalam mempersiapkan lulusan unggul yang mampu bersaing secara profesional di dunia kerja, baik nasional maupun internasional.
