Unnes Peringati Hari Tari Sedunia

Guna memperingati Hari Tari Sedunia 2016, Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) bakal menyelenggarakan kegiatan menari selama 24 jam nonsetop.

Kegiatan yang berlangsung mulai 29 April pukul 09.00 dan berakhir pada 30 April pukul 09.00 itu melibatkan sedikitnya 1.500 penari.

Ketua panitia yang juga dosen Seni Tari Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni (FBS) Unnes, Usrek Tani Utina dalam keterangan persnya, Senin (18/4), mengatakan, peringatan Hari Tari Sedunia di Unnes tahun ini mengambil tema “Meneguhkan Tari sebagai Media Edukasi dan Konservasi”. Rangkaian kegiatan bakal diawali dengan pelatihan tari gaya Surakarta pada 26 April dan bedah buku Manajemen Seni Pertunjukan karya dosen Seni Musik Unnes, Prof Jazuli, pada 27 April. Buku tersebut bakal dibedah oleh seniman tari Kota Semarang, Yoyok Priambodo.

Menurut Usrek, konsep kegiatan tahun ini sedikit berbeda dengan perayaan tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Ia menyatakan peringatan Hari Tari Sedunia di Unnes tahun ini merupakan perayaan ketiga.

“Untuk tahun ini, tidak akan ada penari yang menari selama 24 jam nonsetop seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Nmun peringatan tahun ini diisi sajian-sajian secara bergantian dari berbagai sanggar tari, sekolah, maupun perguruan tinggi,” kata dia.

Penari bakal unjuk kebolehan di kampus Sekaran, Gunungpati, pada tiga tempat berbeda. Tempat itu adalah Gedung B6 dan panggung terbuka yang ada di kompleks FBS Unnes, juga Laboratorium Budaya dan Pusat Eduwisata yang baru saja diresmikan oleh Menristek Dikti beberapa waktu lalu.

“Peringatan Hari Tari Sedunia pada 2014 lalu diperingati selama 12 jam, tahun kedua selama 18 jam,” katanya.

Usrek mengatakan pendaftaran pengisi acara Hari Tari Sedunia 2016 di Unnes masih dibuka hingga 26 April melalui Saguh (085640816087).

    Saya tertarik untuk menonton pertunjukan tari ini, Pertunjukan tari ini juga mampu dijadikan wadah bagi mahasiswa yang ingin menunjukan kemampuannya dalam seni tari.

  2. Sepertinya ini bakal menjadi kegiatan yang sangat menarik dan wajib ditonton oleh mahasiswa dan masyarakat. Kita bisa melihat berbagai sajian-sajian tari yang secara bergantian dari berbagai sanggar tari, sekolah, maupun perguruan tinggi.
    Ini akan memperluas pengetahuan kita tentang tari-tari di Indonesia dan menumbuhkan rasa cinta terhadap kebudayaan Indonesia terutama tari yang beranekaragam.
