Percepatan dan Perluasan Ekonomi Butuh Dukungan

Diperlukan dukungan semua elemen untuk mewujudkan target pencapaian sesuai dengan visi pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia 2025. Pada tahun itu, Indonesia menjadi negara maju dan merupakan kekuatan 12 besar dunia dan 8 besar dunia pada  2045.

Demikian dikatakan Dr Ir Dida Heryadi Salya MA, staf ahli Badan Perencanaan Nasional (Bappenas) pada Seminar Nasional  “Integrasi Kebijakan dan Penguatan Industri Nasional Menuju Percepatan dan Perluasan Ekonomi Indonesia”, Selasa (30/10), di auditorium Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) kampus Sekaran.

Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan Jurusan Ekonomi Pembangunan Fakultas Ekonomi Unnes bekerja sama dengan Ikatan Sarjana Ekonomi Indonesia dan Bank Indonesia itu diikuti puluhan peserta dari berbagai perguruan tinggi.

Dikatakannya, konsep Masterplan Percepatan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI) menempatkan potensi pengembangan industri di enam koridor di berbagai wilayah Indonesia, yakni Sumatera, Jawa, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali-Nusa Tenggara, dan Papua-Kepulauan Maluku. “Dengan pertumbuhan keunggulan akan mampudigatasi masalah pemerataan pembangunan,” kata Dida Heryadi

Dia juga mengemukakan, walaupun potensi ini merupakan keunggulan Indonesia,  keunggulan tersebut tidak akan terwujud dengan sendirinya. “Sejumlah tantangan, yaitu sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur, proses produksi, dan distribusi di dalam negeri masih terbatas,” ujarnya.

Keterbatasan itu, lanjut dia, harus dihadapi untuk merealisasikan keunggulan tersebut. “Upaya tersebut sebagai titik awal pemerintah  mendorong kemajuan ekonomi menuju Indonesia yang lebih merata,” katanya.

Dr Sucihatiningsih Dian Wisika Prajanti, narasumber dari Unnes mengatakan,  orientasi aksi  perguruan tinggi dalam mendukung MP3EI mencakupi enam bidang, yakni bidang konservasi, publik, koordinasi kelembagaan, pendidikan, industri, dan sumber daya manusia.

“Peran perguruan tinggi sangat penting, yaitu untuk pengembangan inovasi pendukung pembangunan koridor ekonomi, pembentukan sumber daya manusia daerah guna pemerataan pertumbuhan, dan penguatan SDM iptek,” katanya.

Dia juga mengatakan, perguruan tinggi perlu melakukan  tindakan nyata yang berhasil dan berdaya guna yang menyentuh langsung pada bentuk aplikasi bagi pengembangan kualitas layanan publik. “Selain itu, usulan proteksi sumber daya, penyebaran informasi budi daya, proses, dan pemenuhan kebutuhan SDM industri serta bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi lain,” pungkasnya.
