Terima Kunjungan Tim Watimpres, Rektor Sampaikan Peran UNNES dalam Tata Kelola Pengembangan Guru Indonesia

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menerima kunjungan dari Tim Kajian Revitalisasi Tata Kelola Pengembangan Guru Indonesia Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden (Watimpres). Kunjungan ini dalam rangka pengumpulan data dan informasi terkait revitalisasi tata kelola pengembangan guru di Kota Semarang.

Mereka adalah Aditya Faturrahman Abdillah Tim Kajian Revitalisasi Tata Kelola Pengembangan Guru Indonesia, Dinar Puspita, Anggota Tim Kajian Revitaliasi Tata Keola Pengembangan Guru Indonesia, Agung Darmawan, Analisis Kebijakan Muda Biro Data dan Informasi Sekretariat Watimpres, dan Dhika Aburizal Pratomo Analisis Moniroting Evaluasi dan Pelaporan Biro Umum Sekretariat Watimpres.

Tim Kajian Revitalisasi Tata Kelola Pengembangan Guru Indonesia Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden (Watimpres) diterima langsung dan disambut hangat oleh Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum di dampingi Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik Prof Dr Zaenuri SE MSi Akt.

Prof Fathur mengatakan, UNNES sebagai Lembaga Pendidikan Tenaga Kependidikan (LPTK) terbaik di Jawa Tengah memiliki komitmen untuk mengembangkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia khususnya mencetak lulusan guru profesional.

“Komitmen ini terus dipegang erat UNNES, untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Apalagi UNNES sebagai LPTK terbaik di Jawa Tengah mencetak lulusan guru yang profesional,” ujar Prof Fathur.

Prof Fathur menambahkan, berbagai upaya dilakukan UNNES dalam tata kelola pengembangan guru dengan menciptakan salah satunya “Bengkel Guru”.

“Guru adalah “anak kandung” UNNES. UNNES dan guru laksana dua sisi keping mata uang yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Puluhan tahun kita berjalan bersama dalam memajukan pendidikan di Tanah Air. Untuk itu, Bengkel Guru merupakan salah satu inovasi layanan yang dikembangkan UNNES melalui Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LP3) untuk senantiasa menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas guru,” tutur Prof Fathur.

Aditya Faturrahman Abdillah mengatakan, UNNES memiliki peran startegis dalam pengembangan guru di Kota Semarang.

“UNNES ini memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan guru di Kota Semarang, bahkan tidak hanya Kota Semarang namun sudah sampai Jawa Tengah, ini merupakan hal yang luar biasa. Untuk itu kami datang ke sini atas arahan dari Anggota Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden (Watimpres) Bapak Arifin Panigoro dalam rangka pengumpulan data dan informasi terkait revitalisasi tata kelola pengembangan guru di Kota Semarang, UNNES menjadi bagian penting di dalamanya,” jelas Aditya.

Hadir dalam kegiatan Ketua LP3 UNNES Dr Ngabiyanto MSi, serta Ketua LPPM Dr Suwito Eko Pramono MPd, anggota Dinas Pendidikan.

Dalam kesempatan ini, Ketua LP3 UNNES Dr Ngabiyanto MSi menyampaikan paparan terkait dengan Rekrutmen Mahasiswa Calon Guru, Pendidikan Keguruan di LPTK, Capaian dan Evaluasi Dana Hibah Revitalisasi LPTK, Capaian dan Evaluasi PPG Daljab dan Prajab, serta Inovasi LPTK dalam Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru dan Kepala Sekolah yang diselenggarakan oleh LP3 UNNES.
