Pengukuran Kinerja Perlu Tolak Ukur yang Sama

Untuk mengetahui kinerja unit kerja perlu pengukuran, persepsi dan tolak ukur yang sama, demikian salah satu tujuan diadakan Workshop Pengukuran Indikator Kinerja dalam Penyusunan Laporan Akuntabilitas Kinerja (LAKIP) sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara (Permen PAN) dan RB Nomor 29 tahun 2010 dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional (Permendiknas) Nomor 38 Tahun 2011, Selasa (24/9) di Rektorat kampus Sekaran Gunungpati.

Pembantu Rektor Bidang Administrasi Umum Dr Wahyono MM, saat membuka acara workshop mengatakan apa yang kita kerjakan betul betul dievaluasi sesuai dengan tujuan yang hendak dicapai, audit yang kita lakukan mencakup audit kinerja dan keuangan bukan hanya keuangan.

Menurut Dr Wahyono, semua kegiatan disemua bidang, harus ada pengukuran kinerja dan dievaluasi, karena menurutnya selama ini belum berfungsi secara maksimal. “ Kedepan pengukuran kinerja akan lebih baik, mari selalu taat asas ikuti aturan yang tertuang Permen PAN dan Permendiknas sehingga kinerja kita bisa terukur, “ tegasnya

Pada kesempatan itu, ketua panitia Sutikno MSi mengemukakan bahwa untuk mengukur kemampuan peserta diadakan post test dan pre test. “kegiatan ini untuk menyamakan persepsi didalam mengukur kinerja, dan ada tolak ukur yang sama,” ungkapnya

Acara yang dihadiri PD1, PD2, Kepala Badan, Kepala UPT, dan Kabag itu, menghadirkan Biro Keuangan Setjen Kemdikbud David Sirait, Biro Akuntansi dan Pelaporan Ditjen Dikti Budi Mulyawan dan Wigid Jatmiko. Nara sumber tersebut memaparkan materi penerapan sistem akuntabilitas kinerja di lingkungan kemdikbud dan perumusan indikator kinerja perguruan tinggi.

    Skala pengukuran kinerja memang diperlukan untuk menimbang mana pencapaian yang unggul dan mana yang kurang. Namun dalam pelaksanaan hendaknya disertai contoh pengisian, karena sebagai pengajar saya disodori formulir utk diisi dan terpaksa melalui interpretasi sendiri. Dan saya juga menanyakan sebenarnya siapa yang harus mengisi? tiap pegawai atau atasan masing-masing? Matur nuwun. Semoga dengan ini kita semakin maju.
