Penguatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, UNNES Jalin Kerja Sama dengan UNRAM dan UNSIL

Dalam mengakselerasi penguatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menjalin kerja sama dengan Universitas Mataram (UNRAM) dan Universitas Siliwangi (UNSIL). Kerja sama antara perguruan tinggi ini tertuang dalam penandatangan Memorandun of Understanding (MoU) yang ditandangani langsung oleh Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum, Rektor UNRAM Prof Dr Lalu Husni SH MHum, dan Rektor UNSIL Rektor Dr H Rudi Priyadi IR MS secara virtual, Selasa (2/3).

Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum menyambut baik kerja sama antara UNNES, UNRAM, dan UNSIL yang meliputi pendidikan, penyelenggaraan Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, pelatihan, magang, seminar/ konferensi dan lokarkya, serta penelitian, publikasi ilmiah, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Menurut Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum kerja sama antara UNNES, UNRAM, dan UNSIL merupakan langkah strategis yang dilakukan dalam memperkuat Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Terlebih dalam melakukan berbagai lompatan akselerasi, UNNES membutuhkan dukungan dari berbagai pihak.

“Kita tahu bahwa tantangan perguruan tinggi semakin kompleks dengan adanya tantangan global, adanya pandemic, dan adanya indeks inovasi Indonesia yang rendah tentu membutuhkan kapasitas kerja sama yang intensif agar kita bersama-sama mengembangkan prestasi dan reputasi perguruan tinggi. Ini bagus sekali, tanpa kerja sama kita tidak mungkin prestasi meningkat. Apalagi UNNES sudah melakukan kerjasama dan ini kita teruskan,” jelas Prof Fathur.

Selain itu, Prof Fathur menyampaikan melalui kerja sama antara tiga universitas ini untuk menekankan untuk melakukan riset kolaboratif.

“Keyakinan UNNES dalam membangun kapasitas perguruan tinggi melalui dua aras yakni Research University dan Teaching University. Pada tahun 2021 UNNES sampai pada invensi riset. Untuk itu perlu adanya riset kolaboratif untuk mengembangkan kapasitas perguruan tinggi,” pungkas Profesor Bidang Lingusitik tersebut.

Rektor UNRAM Prof Dr Lalu Husni SH MHum dalam sambutannya berkomitmen bersama UNNES dan UNSIL untuk bekerjasama dalam penguatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi khususnya implementasi Merdeka Belakar Kampus Merdeka.

Selain itu, Prof Dr Lalu Husni menyampaikan kekagumannya prestasi yang diraih UNNES yang semakin meneguhkan menjadi universitas berwawasan konservasi dan bereputasi Internasional.

“UNNES ini luar biasa tiada hari tanpa prestasi. Berbeagai prestasi sudah diraih UNNES baik mahasiswa maupun institusinya. Maka dari itu UNRAM akan mengikuti jejak UNNES baik prestasi mahasiswa UNNES maupun institusinya yang terus mengukir prestasi,” kata Rektor UNRAM.

Sementara itu, Rektor UNSIL Rektor Dr H Rudi Priyadi IR MS kerjasama ini sebagai upaya peningkatan tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Harapanya kerja sama ini dapat mewujudkan pelaksaan kebijakan program Merdeka Belajar dan meningkatkan kompetensi menghadapi era transformasi digital.

“Mari bersama-sama untuk memajukan pendidikan dengan jalinan kerja sama terkait pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi,” pungkasnya
