Pengawasan Ujian Nasional 2014 Libatkan 3.200 Dosen

Pelaksanaan Ujian Nasional 2014 akan melibatkan banyak instansi. Selain Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP), sebanyak 12 perguruan tinggi negeri dan 108 perguruan tinggi swasta akan dilibatkan. Sebagai pengawas, setidaknya 3.200 dosen akan dilibatkan.

Demikian gambaran persiapan Ujian Nasional 2014 yang mengemuka dalam pertemuan antara Komisi X DPR RI dengan Dinas Pendidikan Jawa Tengah dan perguruan tinggi, Rabu (29/1) di Rektorat Kampus Unnes Sekaran. UN untuk tingkat SMA/sederajat akan dilaksanakan pada Senin-Rabu, (14-16/4).  UN 2014 akan diikuti oleh 160.292 siswa SMA/MA/SMALB, 176.939 siswa SMK, dan 1.414 siswa MAK.

Selain terlibat sebagai pengawas, Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) juga akan menjadi pemindai Lembar Jawab Ujian Nasional (LJUN) dan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi.

“Sumber daya telah kami siapkan, antara lain 285 petugas pemberkasan, 90 petugas pemindaian, dan 23 scaner,” terang Rektor Unnes Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum.

Sekretaris Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah Drs Kartono MPd menjelaskan, persiapan UN 2014 telah dilakukan dengan membentuk kepanitiaan sesuai Standar Operasioan Procedur (SOP). Dalam APBD Privinsi Jawa Tengah juga telah dialokasikan dana Rp11,305.861.000 kepada 35 pemerintah kabupaten/kota serta belanja langsung sebesar Rp5 miliar.

“Pendataan terus dilakukan Dinas Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan bio system atas supervisi Kementerian. Data sementara, Ujian Nasional 2014 akan diikuti 831.509 siswa. Yang tidak kalah penting, sosialisasi kepada sekolah di 35 kabupaten/kota,” katanya.

Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Tengah mendata, setidaknya 534 sekolah yang terpapar bencana dan memerlukan penanganan khusus. Bahkan, salah satu SMK tidak dapat menyelamatkan berbagai properti yang dimilikinya.

Ketua Komisi X DPR Ir Agus Hermanto mengungkapkan, kunjungan kerja Komisi X DPR dilakukan untuk menyerap aspirasi mengenai kesiapan dan kendala pelaksanaan Ujian Nasional 2014.  “Oleh karena itu, kami berharap Dinas Pendidikan, perguruan tinggi, dan para akademisi untuk menyampaikan gagasannya,” kata Agus.
