Pendidikan Nonformal Modal Utama Berwirausaha

Dalam berwirausaha, modal utama bukanlah uang, namun pendididkan nonformal. Pendidikan nonformal diperoleh dari kemampuan seseorang dalam bersosialisasi dengan lingkungan.

Hal itu ditandaskan Dr Elih Sedia Permana dari Ditjen Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Nonformal, dan Informal (PAUDNI) Kemendikbud, dalam seminar nasional “Strategi Kewirausahaan  Masyarakat untuk Meningkatkan Kehidupan Sosial Ekonomi Melalui Pendidikan Non-Formal” yang diselenggarakan Program Studi Pendidikan Luar Sekolah Fakultas Ilmu PendidikaN (FIP) Unnes, Kamis (7/6).

“Berwirausaha bisa dimulai dengan bergaul dengan para pengusaha. Misalnya saja bergaul dengan penjual gorengan, maka anda mendapatkan banyak informasi dan bisa memulai berwirausaha dengan menjadi pengusaha gorengan karena Anda berpikir bahwa usaha itu memiliki pasar dan ada peluang,” katanya dihadapan ratusan peserta seminar di ruang serbaguna FIP.

Rektor Unnes Prof Sudijono Sastroatmodjo menuturkan, wirausahawan yang baik adalah orang yang mampu mengatur dan mengelola hubungan  yang baik dengan orang lain. “Wirausahawan yang baik itu seharusnya memiliki kepekaan dalam rasa dan memiliki kemampuan sosial yang baik. Kepekaan itu merupakan potensi yang akan menuntun seseorang untuk menemukan dan memanfaatkan peluang usaha yang ada disekitarnya,” katanya.

Ketua Panitia Seminar Daman mengatakan, seminar ini diselenggarakan sebagai bentuk kepedulian akademisi Unnes terhadap mental mandiri masyarakat yang dianggap perlu dibenahi. “Wirausaha tidak selalu bermakna ekonomi, namun juga sosial. Wirausaha sosial adalah bagaimana mengelola kelompok sosial menjadi berdaya guna bagi perubahan. Perubahan tersebut bisa dari wawasan, pola pikir hingga perilaku yang lebih dinamis,” kata dosen Pendidikan Luar Sekolah FIP Unnes itu.
