Dua Putaran, Hardjono dan Sugiyo Raih Suara Sama

Persaingan di antara para calon Dekan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan (FIP) Unnes benar-benar berlangsung seru. Dua calon yang dipilih Senat Fakultas dalam dua putaran, Drs Hardjono MPd dan Prof Dr Sugiyo MSi, sama-sama meraih 10 suara.

Dalam pemilihan yag berlangsung Selasa (4/1) di ruang serbaguna FIP itu, sebenarnya tampil tiga calon. Selain Hardjono dan Prof Sugiyo, Drs Sutaryono MPd juga dimajukan sebagai kandidat. Namun pada putaran pertama, dari 20 anggota senat yang hadir, tak satu pun suara diberikan kepada Sutaryono, sedangkan dua calon lainnya sama-sama menangguk 10 suara.

Pemilihan pun dilakukan untuk putaran kedua. Namun lagi-lagi, tak ada hasil yang berubah. Keduanya mendapatkan dukungan yang sama.

Sebenarnya anggota senat pemilik hak suara sebanyak 21 orang. Namun seorang anggota, Prof Dr DYP Sugiharto MPd Kons berhalangan hadir karena mendapat tugas Rektor.

Rapat senat fakultas yang dipimpin anggota tertua Prof Dr Rasdi Ekosiswoyo MSc dan senat termuda Edy Waluyo SPd MPd, akhirnya menyepakati penentuan Dekan FIP diserahkan kepada Rektor. “Kita serahkan hasil ini kepada Rektor,” kata Prof Rasdi.

Ketika imbang, perlu ada presentasi visi ulang yang lebih spesifik dan operasional yang hasilnya mampu mengubah komposisi. jika komposisi kok tidak berubah maka berarti senat tidak memiliki kecerdasan evaluasi. bagaimanapun subjek akan bernilai berbeda ketika ada konteks dan kriteria kemajuan fakultas FIP. masak diserahkan rektor terus???Biarkan demokrasi lokalitas bekerja.
