Peluang Beasiswa bagi Mahasiswa Bahasa Jepang

Semenjak 2009, The Japan Foundation menyelenggarakan Japanese Language Program for Overseas Students university Students), yaitu program pelatihan bahasa Jepang yang ditujukan bagi mahasiswa bahasa Jepang di luar negara Jepang. Salah satu negara yang dipilih adalah Indonesia.

Ketua program studi (Prodi) Jurusan Bahasa Jepang Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni (FBS) Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) Ai Sumirah Setiawati mengungkapkan, beasiswa itu bertujuan memberi kesempatan bagi mahasiswa bahasa Jepang untuk memperdalam pengetahuan tentang bahasa, budaya, dan masyarakat Jepang. “Hal itu dirasa penting untuk dapat meningkatkan minat para mahasiswa dalam mempelajari bahasa Jepang,” katanya.

Dia melanjutkan, mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang Unnes yang berprestasi mendapat kesempatan untuk mengikuti program pelatihan ini di Osaka Jepang selama 6 minggu. “Tahun 2009 Unnes diberi kehormatan dengan kuota 5 orang mahasiswa, kemudian pada tahun berikutnya hanya 1 orang saja,” katanya.

Tahun ini, Unnes kembali diberi kesempatan untuk mengikuti program yang akan dilaksanakan mulai 6 November hingga 20 Desember 2012 itu. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di The Japan Foundation Japanese Language Institute Kansai (Osaka) Jepang.

Pendaftar adalah mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang dan mempunyai kemampuan berbahasa Jepang, baik lisan maupun tulisan untuk keperluan komunikasi, pidato, dan diskusi. Peserta diharuskan sehat jasmani dan rohani. Selain itu semua biaya pelatihan termasuk tiket pesawat pulang-pergi ditanggung pihak penyelenggara, kecuali biaya pembuatan paspor dan visa.

Pendaftaran dapat dilakukan pada jam kerja kepada Dyah Prasetyarini MPd, di gedung B4 lantai 1 Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Asing FBS Unnes. Pendaftaran itu dibuka hingga 5 Mei 2012. Seleksi tulis dilaksanakan 12 Mei 2012 di B4 ruang 130, tes wawancara akan diberitahukan kemudian. Pendaftar mengganti biaya fotokopi soal ujian sebesar Rp5.000.

    Mohon maaf beasiswa ini hanya untuk yang masih berstatus mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang Unnes. Kalau Anda sudah lulus silakan lihat info beasiswa dari Monbukagakusho pada situs kedutaan besar Jepang.
