Pelayanan Memuaskan, Peringkat Naik

Untuk menaikkan peringkat suatu website tidaklah perlu berbuat curang. Hal yang terpenting adalah membuat web tersebut bermanfaat sehingga membuat pengunjungnya merasa puas dengan isi dan tampilan.

Hal tersebut dikemukakan Pembantu Rektor Bidang Akademik Unnes Agus Wahyudin saat membuka Pelatihan Pengelolaan Website unnes.ac.id, Selasa (29/11) di gedung Rektorat kampus Sekaran.

Dalam pelatihan yang dihadiri tak kurang dari 40 peserta tersebut, Agus Wahyudin mengatakan bahwa kegiatan ini besar manfaatnya. “Saya berharap dengan pelatihan ini, peserta bisa meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengelola website milik Unnes,” harapnya.

Ketua Panitia yang juga Kepala UPT Pusat Humas Unnes Sucipto Hadi Purnomo mengemukakan, tujuan utama pelatihan ini sebagai upaya menopang kinerja website Unnes. “Saat ini persaingan di dunia maya sangat ketat sehingga dituntut kerja bersama semua unit yang ada untuk bisa mengangkat nama besar Universitas Konservasi,” katanya.

Pembicara dalam pelatihan tersebut adalah Kepala BPTIK Unnes Sugiyanto, Sucipto Hadi Purnomo, dan Staf BPTIK Unnes Rochsid Tri Hanggoro Putro. Selain itu pada hari kedua, Gunawan Permadi dari Suara Merdeka memaparkan cara mengelola keredaksian dan editing media, juga Kepala Biro Indosiar Wilayah Jawa Tengah Agus Hermanto yang menjelaskan cara membuat streaming berita dan berbagai teknik pengambilan gambar.

Dalam materinya Kepala BPTIK Unnes Sugiyanto mengatakan, siapa pun yang melihat tampilan website yang menarik pastilah ingin mengetahui apa yang ada di dalamnya. “Indikatornya adalah seperti apa yang telah menjadi standar Webomatric sehingga website Unnes bisa mendunia,” ujarnya.

Pemateri lain, Staf BPTIK Unnes Rochsid Tri Hanggoro Putro menjelaskan secara teknis cara mengunggah dan mengupload konten yang ada di website unnes.ac.id, baik berita maupun foto atau infografis. “Setiap mengunggah konten harus diperhatikan kematangan materi, mulai dari redaksional berita atau pun estetika gambar,” katanya.
