Pelantikan dan Sumpah Pegawai UNNES, Komitmen Integritas Ditegaskan

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) kembali menegaskan komitmennya dalam membangun tata kelola kepegawaian yang berintegritas melalui Pelantikan Jabatan Fungsional, Pengambilan Sumpah Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS), dan Pegawai Tetap Non-ASN. Kegiatan berlangsung di Gedung Prof. Wuryanto Auditorium UNNES pada Rabu (17/6) dan dihadiri oleh jajaran pimpinan UNNES.

Pada kegiatan tersebut, sebanyak 161 pegawai mengikuti pengambilan sumpah sebagai PNS. Adapun rinciannya yaitu Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP) sebanyak 33 orang, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni (FBS) 13 orang, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP) 11 orang, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) 23 orang, Fakultas Teknik (FT) 23 orang, Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan (FIK) 5 orang, Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis (FEB) 29 orang, Fakultas Hukum (FH) 8 orang, dan Fakultas Kedokteran (FK) 16 orang.

Selain itu, satu orang pegawai atas nama Suwarti, S.Pd., M.Pd. secara resmi dilantik dalam Jabatan Fungsional sebagai Pranata Laboratorium Pendidikan Ahli Pertama. Pelantikan ini menjadi bagian dari penguatan kapasitas tenaga kependidikan dalam mendukung kegiatan laboratorium dan pembelajaran.

Dalam kesempatan yang sama, dilakukan pula pengambilan sumpah terhadap 47 pegawai tetap non-ASN yang berasal dari berbagai fakultas dan unit kerja di lingkungan UNNES. Pengangkatan ini merupakan bentuk pengakuan terhadap dedikasi, kompetensi, dan loyalitas pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya.

Rektor UNNES dalam arahannya mengingatkan pentingnya integritas dan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan yang berlaku di lingkungan kampus. Beliau menekankan bahwa seluruh pegawai, baik dosen maupun tenaga kependidikan, memiliki peran strategis dalam menjaga reputasi dan keberlanjutan institusi.

“Ungkapan Arum Luhuring Pawiyatan Ing Astanira bukan sekadar semboyan, melainkan panggilan untuk bertindak nyata,” tegas Rektor.

Semboyan yang terukir pada Tugu Konservasi UNNES tersebut mengandung makna mendalam. Secara harfiah, kalimat dalam bahasa Jawa tersebut berarti “Harum dan luhurnya wilayah ini tergantung pada tangan-tangan kita.” Ini merupakan refleksi dari tanggung jawab kolektif seluruh sivitas akademika untuk menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai konservasi, integritas, dan kemajuan pendidikan.

Rangkaian kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pengarahan kepada seluruh pegawai oleh Wakil Rektor Bidang Umum dan Keuangan, Prof. Dr. Heri Yanto, M.B.A., serta Direktur Sumber Daya Manusia, Moh Khoiruddin, S.E., M.Si. . Dalam sesi tersebut, disampaikan berbagai arahan teknis terkait kedisiplinan, kinerja, dan pengembangan karier pegawai. Selain itu, Dr. Evi Widowati, S.K.M., M.Kes., selaku Kepala Pusat Jurnal LPPM UNNES juga memberikan pembekalan mengenai strategi dan etika penulisan jurnal ilmiah, khususnya bagi dosen pemula.

Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan seluruh pegawai yang baru saja dilantik dan diambil sumpahnya dapat menjalankan amanah dengan penuh tanggung jawab, mewujudkan visi UNNES sebagai universitas konservasi dan bereputasi dunia.
