Optimalkan Transportasi Internal Kampus

Setelah mencanangkan kebijakan kampus Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) bebas kendaraan bermotor, mulai 1 Januari 2013, transportasi internal patut dioptimalkan.

Oleh sebab itu, Unnes mengadakan Focus Group Discussion Optimalisasi Kinerja Sistem Transportasi Internal Kampus, Jumat (30/8), di Hotel Pandanaran Semarang. Acara dihadiri oleh Rektor, Dekan, Pembantu Dekan III, Kepala Badan, Kabiro, dan Kasubbag Rumah Tangga.

Kepala Divisi Green Architencture & Internal Transportation Badan Pengembang Konservasi Unnes Teguh Prihanto mengatakan, penggunaan sepeda perlu digalakkan kembali, selain pilihan transportasi bus milik kampus.

“Banyaknya sepeda yang rusak harus diperbaiki lagi, mengingat Senin depan (2/9) sudah aktif kuliah,” katanya. Selain berjalan kaki, sebanyak empat bus yang dimiliki kampus tentu tidak bisa sepenuhnya diandalkan jika penumpang pun semakin banyak.

Rektor Unnes Prof Fathur Rokhman MHum mengatakan, kebijakan konservasi selalu lekat dengan kebaikan. Hal itu pula yang diinginkan Prof Sudijono Sastroatmodjo ketika berani mengambil keputusan besar kampus bebas kendaraan bermotor.

“Dengan selalu melaksanakan kebijakan itu, kita berarti senantiasa guyub,” ungkapnya.

Menurut Prof Fathur, konservasi pun harus merambah ke ranah keilmuan. “Tugas kita berikutnya adalah mengembangkan semangat konservasi dalam ranah inovasi research dan ilmu pengetahuan,” kata Rektor.

    soal speda tolong diperhatikan pak, di gdung GSG sebaiknya dilantai 2 parkir speda motor perlu difasilitasi sepeda, ini biar para mahasiswa yang parkir dilantai 2 bisa langsung memakai sepeda (speda bekas/tua) tapi berkualitas itu malah lebih unik.

    Resume hasil FGD dan apa kontribusinya dalam pengambilan kebijakan hendaknya juga turut disosialisasikan. Bravo Badan Konservasi Unnes.

  3. Alat transportasi, misalnya Bus UNNES, dengan armada 4 unit dirasakan sangat kurang, dan jarak antara bus 1 dengan yang lainya selisihnya lebih dari 15 menit, untuk itu mohon bus UNNES agar ditambah

    selain dengan bersepeda ato jalan kaki, kalo berbicara tentang transportasi internal kampus, alangkah bagus nya apabila dapat disediakan alat transportasi yang bener2 bebas asap.. termasuk diantaranya pengadaaan kendaraan berpenumpang banyak dengan bahan bakar tenaga surya, dan bukan bus yang masih memakai bahan bakar minyak,,,sehingga visi unnes sebagai kampus bebas asap kendaraan, akan benar2 terwujud sepenuhnya,,, SALAM KONSERVASI…
