“Ngumpulke Balung Pisah” dengan Wayangan

Ikatan Alumni (Ika) Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) akan membentuk Dewan Perwakilan Cabang (DPC) berbagai daerah di Jawa Tengah. Peresmian ditandai dengan pergelaran wayang kulit dengan dalang Sri Harti Kenik Asmorowati, Kamis (19/4), mulai pukul 20.00 WIB di pendapa rumah dinas Bupati Semarang, Jalan Asmara Ungaran.

Ketua Umum Dewan Pengurus Pusat Ika Unnes Drs Budiyanto SH MHum mengemukakan, pembentukan pengurus ini tak ubahnya sebagai upaya ngumpulke balung pisah. “Sementara ini kami baru dapat melantik sembilan dewan pengurus cabang Ika Unnes di Jateng. Pada pelantikan ini akan dilantik (Dewan Perwakilan Daerah) DPD Jawa Tengah, DPC Semarang, Kendal, Demak, kota Salatiga, Wonogiri, dan kota Magelang,” kata Kepala Bidang Pemasaran Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Jawa Tengah itu.

Hal ini, menurutnya, merupakan salah satu penjabaran program konsolidasi organisasi maupun konsolidasi personal dari alumni Unnes. Oleh karena itu diharapkan pada semua alumni untuk saling komunikasi membangun kebersamaan untuk mengabdi kepada almamater, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara.

Dia juga mengemukakan, Ika Unnes selama ini berupaya untuk membangun jaringan dan membantu berbagai kesulitan yang dihadapi anggotanya, yakni mulai dari kegiatan sosial, job fair, hingga sertifikasi guru. “Termasuk memberikan solusi masalah pendidikan melalui penyelenggaraan diskusi dan seminar,” ujar pria yang semasa mahasiswa pernah menjadi ketua senat mahasiswa.

Perempuan Dalang

Disinggung mengenai perempuan yang menjadi dalang pada perhelatan itu, Budiyanto mengatakan, hal tersebut adalah bentuk nyata bahwa kini wanita dan pria tidak lagi berbeda dalam pemerolehan hak dan kewajiban. “Melalui perjuangan Kartini yang luar biasa, kini perempuan pun dapat melakukan pekerjaan kaum pria, seperti sopir bus sampai presiden,” katanya seraya menambahkan, penabuh gamelan yang akan mengiringi wayang malam itu, semuanya perempuan.

Wadah ikatan alumni Unnes juga akan terintegrasi dengan program-program peningkatan mutu pendidikan sebagai upaya untuk membentuk karakter bangsa. “Tanggung jawab alumni adalah ikut berupaya membangun bangsa. Selain itu memberi contoh dan teladan yang baik, juga taat asas,” ujarnya.

Budiyanto menambahkan, pergelaran Kamis malam itu akan mengambil lakon “Kiprah Sang Drupadi”. Lakon itu akan menggambarkan perempuan yang selain menjadi subjek, juga selalu berperan dibalik para laki-laki sukses.

  1. Semoga bisa mewadahi begitu banyak aspirasi alumni yang tersebar dimana-mana. Untuk sdr. Eng Ahmad Priyatno, Kepengurusan DPC Kab. Banyumas ( juga kabupaten lain se wilayah Banyumas dan wilayah lainnya) sebetulnya sudah dirintis, tetapi tertunda karena kesibukan teman2 disana antara lain dengan urusan Ujian Nasional. Semoga dlm waktu dekat bisa segera terbentuk dan dilantik. Terimakasih.
