“Nami Kula Hanna, saking Polandia”

“Sapa jenengmu, Ndhuk?”
“Nami kula Hanna.”
“Bocah saka ngendi?”
“Kula saking Polandia.”
“Kowe lagi sinau apa?”
“Kula sinau basa Jawi wonten Unnes.”

Itulah petikan dialog antara Ketua Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Jawa FBS Unnes Yusro Edy Nugroho dan Hanna, darmasiswa Unnes asal Polandia. Dialog berlangsung menjelang pergelaran wayang kulit dengan lakon “Ekalaya” oleh dalang Ki Widodo MPd (dosen Bahasa Jawa Unnes) dan putranya, Sindu Linguistika (11), Jumat (9/3) padi di lapangan futsal FBS kampus Sekaran.

Hanna merupakan satu di antara 13 orang dari berbagai negara yang tengah belajar budaya Indonesia di Unnes. Hanna sendiri kini tengah menyusun tesis tentang Hanoman.

Pagi itu, Hanna bersama teman-temannya dan ratusan mahasiswa Bahasa Jawa memang sedang menonton pertunjukan tersebut.

Hingga tulisan ini diturunkan, pergelaran baru saja berlangsung. Lakon Ekalaya bercerita tentang perjuangan pemuda bernama  Ekalaya untuk bisa mengenyam pendidikan di Paguron Sokalima dengan mahaguru Drona.

“Semoga pergelaran ini menjadi bagian nyata dari upaya kita untuk mengembangkan konservasi budaya, sejalan dengan visi universitas konservasi,” kata Dekan Prof Agus Nuryatin sebelum menyerahkan lampu teplok dan wayang Ekalaya kepada Ki Dalang, sebelum pementasan.

    Semoga nantinya di jurusan BSJ UNNES ada prodi Pedalangan, supaya lebih banyak lagi generasi muda yang bisa menambah ilmu lebih matang sehingga kelak juga bisa menyalurkan bakatnya. Contohnya Sindu Linguistika yang masih belajar ditingkat dasar saja sudah bisa menghibur banyak orang apalagi tingkat perguruan tinggi mungkin akan dapat menghibur lebih banyak lagi.

  2. Kapan saya diundang untuk diskusi tentang wayang sekaligus mendalang? Saya punya lakon sendiri dengan judul Wahyu Cengkir Gadhing yang tahun 2000 saya pentaskan dengan Ki Enthus Susmono di Universitas Ubaya dalam rangka Dies Natalis dan mahargya para wisudawan-wisudawati S1, S2, S3.

    Lakon yang sedang saya siapkan: Wahyu mBulan nDhadari.

    Yang benar lakon dalam pementasan itu diberi judul Bambang Ekalawya bukan Ekoloyo. Dalam teks-teks kakawin, namanya Ekalawya, bukan Eko loyo mas.
