Mulai Hari Ini 12.957 Peserta Mengikuti UTBK-SBMPTN di UNNES

Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum meninjau langsung pelaksanaan Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer (UTBK) Seleksi Bersama Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SBMPTN) di sejumlah ruang ujian Gedung Kearsipan dan Digital Center UNNES, Selasa (17/5).

Prof Fathur mengatakan, sebanyak 12.957 peserta UTBK akan melaksanakan ujian di UNNES dalam 18 sesi yang berlangsung mulai hari ini Selasa 17 Mei sampai Minggu 29 Mei.

“Sebanyak 12.957 peserta UTBK akan mengikuti Ujian di UNNES. Pada hari pertama ini ada sekitar 1.500 peserta mengikuti ujian. Semoga dalam pelaksanaan tidak ada kendala jaringan dan pemadaman listrik di lokasi ujian, kita sudah mengirimkan surat ke pihak PLN. Semoga tidak terjadi. UNNES sudah menyiapkan genset apabila ada pemadaman listrik agar permasalahan bisa segera diatasi,” kata Rektor UNNES.

Prof Fathur juga menjelaskan dalam pelaksanaan UTBK, UNNES menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 yang ketat. UNNES menyediakan sejumlah fasilitas untuk mendukung penerapan protokol kesehatan di seluruh lokasi ujian.

“Beberapa diantaranya tempat cuci tangan, hand sanitizer, dan alat pengukur suhu. Selain itu, menyediakan drop zone dan ruang tunggu yang memadahi syarat physical distancing. UNNES juga menyiapkan tim satgas Covid-19 yang bertugas untuk memantau kesehatan para peserta dan panitia ujian UTBK,” jelas Prof Fathur.

Dalam pelaksanaan UTBK di UNNES menggunakan 2 lokasi yakni Gedung Perpustakaan lantai 2 dan lantai 3 serta Gedung UNNES Digital Center.

“Agar tidak terjadi kerumunan, UNNES membagi UTBK menjadi dua sesi. Setiap harinya ujian dilakukan dalam 2 sesi yakni sesi 1 dilaksanakan pukul 06.45-10.30 WIB dan sesi 2 dilakukan pukul 13.00-16.35 WIB,” jelas Prof Fathur.

Selain itu, Prof Fathur menjelaskan UNNES menyediakan 790 perangkat komputer dengan rincian 590 di Gedung kearsipan dan 200 komputer di Gedung Digital Center UNNES.

Sementara itu, Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik Prof Dr Zaenuri Mastur SE MSi Akt mengatakan para peserta UTBK diminta sudah berada di lokasi UTBK satu jam sebelum ujian. Jika diantar orang tua atau pengantar lainnya, peserta hanya di drop di lokasi agar tidak terjadi kerumunan.

Peserta UTBK juga harus memiliki suhu tubuh kurang dari 37,3 derajat Celsius dan dalam keadaan sehat.

Untuk memasuki lokasi ujian, peserta harus memindai barcode dengan aplikasi PeduliLindungi.

Sebelum UTBK dimulai, kelengkapan persyaratan ujian akan dicek, meliputi kartu tanda peserta ujian, kartu identitas (KTP/SIM), dan fotokopi ijazah yang telah dilegalisasi.

Bagi peserta yang berbuat kecurangan, tim panitia akan mengeluarkan peserta dari ruang ujian.

Ketua Satgas Covid-19 UNNES Dr Yuni Wijayanti MKes mengatakan tim satgas Covid-19 UNNES terus memantau kesehatan peserta dan panitia ujian selama berlangsungnya UTBK.

“Kami terus memantau para peserta selain itu kami juga menghimbau peserta juga wajib menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan menggunakan masker medis, mencuci tangan, dan menjaga jarak,” jelasnya.
