Modal Intangible Lebih Penting untuk Memulai Wirausaha

Untuk membangun bisnis yang dimulai dari nol, modal intangible atau modal yang tidak tampak, justru lebih penting daripada modal yang sudah tampak (ingible).

Ir Nur Widhi Wijatmiko, direktur PT Hamparan Cipta Griya Semarang mengemukakan hal itu, Senin (15/8), di depan 85 mahasiswa peserta Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) Wirausaha Unnes 2011 yang diadakan di Gedung Rektorat Kampus Sekaran. Acara ini diselenggarakan oleh Unnes Student Entrepreneurship Center (Unsec).

“Walaupun modal ingible yang berupa alat fisik atau uang itu penting, akan tetapi modal intangible yang berupa sikap, mental, tekad, keberanian, dan kemauan yang keras itu justru jauh lebih penting untuk insan yang berwirausaha. Apalagi sekarang Anda mengikuti Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) yang berpeluang lolos mendapatkan pinjaman modal dari universitas dan BNI.”

Modal intangible, lanjut Ir Nur Widhi, juga penting saat terdesak atau bahkan bangkrut di tengah jalan. “Karena jika kita sudah memiliki modal itu maka kita akan bangkit lagi, berani memulai lagi, dan tidak mudah putus asa. Seperti yang sudah diceritakan istri saya tadi, saya juga pernah mengalami bangkrut dan bahkan minus karena harus menanggung utang,” katanya.

Pembicara kedua, Akhmad Muslim dari Komunitas Pengusaha Muslim Indonesia (KPMI) juga senada. Dia menyampaikan bahwa modal yang berupa uang itu bisa dicari dengan kreativitas, dengan negosiasi. “Bisnis adalah soal kepercayaan, tergantung bagaimana cara kita meyakinkan orang,” katanya sambil menunjukkan contoh proposal usaha yang bankable.

Ketua panitia Vitradesie Noekent menjelaskan, seusai diklat, peserta akan mendapat pendampingan menyusun bussiness plan yang bankable. “Kemudian bussiness plan itu akan diajukan ke Bank BNI untuk direview. Unnes yang bekerja sama dengan Bank BNI menyediakan dana Rp 8 juta sampai Rp 15 juta untuk dipinjamkan tanpa bunga kepada bussiness plan yang terpilih.”

Sementara itu, Kusmuriyanto saat memberikan sambutan mewakili PR III menyarankan mahasiswa untuk menjadi wirausaha yang mandiri. “Jangan menjadi beban pemerintah dengan hanya mencari kerja. Akan tetapi ciptakanlah lapangan pekerjaan, “ katanya.

“Negara kita membutuhkan wirausaha. Karena baru terdapat 0,018 persen wirausaha yang ada di Indonesia, padahal idealnya, Indonesia harus memiliki 2 persen wirausaha. Berbeda dengan negara tetangga seperti Malaysia yang memiliki 8 persen wirausaha dari total jumlah penduduk, serta Singapura yang memiliki 12 persen. Lakukan action, jangan hanya berhenti setelah pelatihan ini,” tegasnya.
