Kearifan Lokal Bertemu Inovasi Digital: Pengembangan E-Modul Oven Surya untuk Meningkatkan Berpikir Kritis dan Kreatif dalam Pembelajaran Fisika

Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) telah melaksanakan ujian skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika atas nama Imelda Laelan Safina pada Kamis, 22 Januari 2026, pukul 13.00 WIB hingga selesai.

Dalam ujian tersebut, Imelda mempresentasikan hasil penelitiannya yang berjudul “Pengembangan E-modul Oven Surya Berbasis Kearifan Lokal pada Materi Energi Terbarukan untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis dan Kreatif Peserta Didik”. Adapun judul dalam bahasa Inggris adalah “Development of a Local Wisdom-Based Solar Oven E-Module on Renewable Energy Topics to Enhance Students’ Critical and Creative Thinking Skills”.

Ujian skripsi ini menghadirkan penguji luar negeri, Assist. Prof. Dr. Hardimah bt Hj. Mohd. Said dari Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Brunei Darussalam, serta penguji dalam, Dr. Bambang Subali, M.Pd. dari Universitas Negeri Semarang. Kehadiran penguji internasional memberikan perspektif global terhadap kualitas dan kontribusi penelitian yang dilakukan mahasiswa.

Assist. Prof. Dr. Hardimah bt Hj. Mohd. Said memberikan apresiasi yang sangat tinggi terhadap penelitian Imelda dan menyatakan bahwa kualitas riset yang dilakukan hampir setara dengan penelitian pada program magister. Beliau memberikan penguatan pada bagian diskusi dengan merekomendasikan penambahan literatur yang relevan dan terkini untuk memperkuat temuan penelitian, serta meminta penjelasan yang lebih mendalam mengenai alasan pemilihan Lunpia Semarang sebagai konteks kearifan lokal unggulan dalam pengembangan e-modul oven surya.

Lebih lanjut, Dr. Hardimah memberikan saran strategis untuk pengembangan riset Imelda pada jenjang magister. Ke depan, penelitian disarankan dilakukan secara eksperimental berjenjang dengan pembanding model pembelajaran, pembanding modul, dan pembanding konteks kearifan lokal, sehingga dapat diidentifikasi secara lebih spesifik faktor-faktor yang paling berperan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif peserta didik.

Sementara itu, Dr. Bambang Subali, M.Pd. menyoroti hasil capaian pembelajaran peserta didik yang masih berada pada kategori sedang, sehingga perlu penjelasan lebih lanjut terkait faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi hasil tersebut. Selain itu, beliau juga menekankan pentingnya penguatan aspek kebaruan (novelty) dari riset yang dilakukan, terutama pada kontribusi inovatif e-modul berbasis kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran energi terbarukan.

Ujian skripsi ini menjadi bagian dari upaya Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika FMIPA UNNES dalam mendorong mahasiswa menghasilkan riset inovatif yang mengintegrasikan sains, teknologi, dan kearifan lokal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan bahan ajar digital yang kontekstual serta mendukung peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif peserta didik dalam pembelajaran fisika.
