Pagi ini, Rabu, 22 Januari 205, mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika, Ristika Wulandari mempertahankan hasil risetnya yang berjudul Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Digital Berbasis Socio Scientific Issues (SSI) pada Materi Listrik Statis untuk meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar dan Argumentasi Ilmiah Peserta Didik di hadapan para panelis. Dibawah bimbingan Dr. Ellianawati, M.Si., Ristika Wulandari melaksanakan riset di SMA N 4 Semarang dengan melibatkan 130 peserta didik kelas XII. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rosnah Zakaria dari Program Studi Applied Physics UiTM yang pernah berkolaborasi dengan Prodi Pendidikan Fisika di tahun 2022 menjadi penguji luar dalam siding skripsi ini. Hal ini menunjukkan konsistensi hubungan kerjasama yang terjalin antara UNNES dan UiTM. Dr. Ros, panggilan akrab beliau, memberikan apresiasi terhadap kinerja riset Ristika karena berhasil mengkombinasikan SSI ke dalam pembelajaran Fisika. Kasus-kasus kontroversial terkait aplikasi Listrik Statis dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti kasus Sengatan Listrik dari Kapasitor, cara kerja mobil listrik dan power bank, serta penangkap petir diulas dengan baik daan mampu meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik secara signifikan. Kemampuan argumentasi ilmiah yang dapat dikembangkan dengan optimal melalui riset ini adalah kemampuan claim dan warrant. Untuk kemampuan backing dan rebuttal masih perlu peningkatan. Tim Penguji internal, Dr. Bambang Subali, M.Pd. dan Dr. Suharto Linuwih, M.Si. juga sepakat bahwa upaya yang dilakukan dalam riset ini sudah sangat baik dan berhasil menelorkan HKI serta naskah yang akan disubmit ke Jurnal Sinta 2 dan 3. Beberapa saran disampaikan di akhir sidang diantaranya oleh Dr. Ros tentang perlunya menambahkan animasi dalam memberikan gambaran visual proses fisis dari konsep listrik statis dan Dr. Bambang menyarankan untuk menganalisis lanjut level argumentasi yang dicapai peserta didik melalui behan ajar yang dikembangkan. Sidang berjalan dengan dinamis dan Ristika mampu menjawab pertanyaan dengan lancar dan memusakan. Ini merupakan titik awal bagi Prodi Pendidikan Fisika untuk menanam prestasi dan memupuk kerjasama yang telah dibangun serta upaya nyata untuk memenuhi target IKU 3 dan IKU 5 yang ditetapkan oleh FMIPA UNNES.
