Jepara – Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menyelenggarakan Rapat Pimpinan dengan agenda Monitoring dan Evaluasi Capaian Kinerja Semester 2 Tahun 2024 serta Rancangan Program Pengembangan Tahun 2025. Kegiatan yang berlangsung pada [tanggal kegiatan] di Sekuro Village Beach Resort, Jepara, ini dihadiri oleh 47 peserta, termasuk Dekan, Wakil Dekan, Ketua Program Studi (Kaprodi) dari berbagai rumpun ilmu, Tim Gugus Penjaminan Mutu, Tim Gugus Pengembang Fakultas, serta tenaga kependidikan.

Rapat dibuka oleh Sekretaris Universitas Negeri Semarang, Prof. Dr. Sugianto, M.Si., yang menyampaikan arahan strategis terkait arah pengembangan universitas. Dalam sambutannya, beliau mengapresiasi capaian FMIPA yang konsisten memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi UNNES. Prof. Sugianto juga menekankan pentingnya peran fakultas dalam mendukung visi misi universitas yang dirumuskan melalui tiga pilar utama: bereputasi dunia, pelopor kecemerlangan pendidikan, dan berwawasan konservasi.

“FMIPA memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan visi UNNES. Dengan potensi dan sumber daya yang dimiliki, fakultas ini dapat menjadi penggerak utama dalam mencapai reputasi global, memajukan kecemerlangan pendidikan, serta mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai konservasi dalam setiap aktivitasnya,” ujar Prof. Sugianto.

Dekan FMIPA, Prof. Dr. Edy Cahyono, M.Si., melaporkan bahwa indikator kinerja utama (IKU) FMIPA menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan di berbagai aspek, termasuk prestasi mahasiswa dan kualitas penelitian. “Kami terus berkomitmen untuk menjaga momentum ini dan merancang strategi yang lebih inovatif di tahun 2025. Kolaborasi dan evaluasi seperti ini menjadi kunci keberlanjutan prestasi FMIPA,” ungkap Prof. Edy.

Pada sesi utama, setiap Kaprodi dari rumpun Matematika, Fisika, Kimia, Biologi, Ilmu Komputer, dan IPA memaparkan evaluasi capaian kinerja program studi masing-masing. Mereka menguraikan pencapaian dalam bidang akademik, jumlah publikasi ilmiah, keberhasilan program kerja sama, serta prestasi mahasiswa. Tim Gugus Penjaminan Mutu menambahkan analisis komprehensif dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk mendukung capaian yang lebih baik di masa depan.

Tim Gugus Pengembang Fakultas juga menyampaikan rancangan strategis untuk tahun 2025, meliputi penguatan sumber daya manusia, pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kebutuhan industri, dan inovasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran dan penelitian. Diskusi yang berlangsung interaktif menghasilkan berbagai ide kreatif untuk mendukung pencapaian tiga pilar utama UNNES.

Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi peta jalan strategis bagi FMIPA untuk terus unggul dan berkontribusi dalam mendukung visi UNNES sebagai universitas bereputasi dunia, pelopor kecemerlangan pendidikan, dan berwawasan konservasi. Dengan suasana produktif di Sekuro Village Beach Resort, seluruh peserta optimis bahwa langkah-langkah strategis yang dirumuskan akan membawa dampak positif bagi pengembangan FMIPA di masa mendatang.
