Minggu Kedua 2012, Dana BOS Sudah Tersalur 92,41%

Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Mendikbud) Mohammad Nuh mengadakan telekonferensi dengan para kepala dinas pendidikan provinsi. Komunikasi jarak jauh itu dilakukan Menteri yang berada di Jakarta dengan mereka yang berada di Universitas Cendrawasih Jayapura, Universitas Negeri Jambi, Universitas Negeri Makassar, Universitas Nusa Cendana, Universitas Sam Ratu Langi, Universitas Tanjung Pura, dan Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes), Senin (16/1).

“Dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) tahap pertama atau kuartal pertama untuk 2012 sudah hampir seluruhnya disalurkan ke sekolah-sekolah di seluruh daerah di Indonesia. Sekarang sudah lebih dari 92,14% dana yang disalurkan atau sekitar Rp4 triliun lebih,” katanya dalam telekonferensi yang di Unnes digelar di ruang Vicon lantai 4 Gedung H Unnes. Hadir dalam kegiatan itu Rektor, Pembantu Rektor, Dekan, Direktur PPs, Ketua Lembaga, Kepala UPT, Kepala Dinas Pendidikian Propinsi Jateng dan DIY, Kepala Dinas Kota Semarang, Kepala Sekolah SD dan SMP, serta beberapa murid SD dan SMP.

Mendikbud mengatakan, sesuai dengan rencana dana BOS tahap pertama sudah mulai disalurkan minggu kedua Januari 2012. Namun, sebelum tenggat waktu itu berakhir teryata hampir semua daerah sudah menyalurkannya ke sekolah-sekolah penerima bantuan.

Menurut dia, hal itu merupakan prestasi yang luar biasa karena hanya dalam waktu satu minggu sudah hampir rampung disalurkan. Karena berdasarkan pengalaman tahun sebelumnya, bisanya penyaluran tahap pertama baru rampung bulan ketiga setiap satu triwulan.

“Ini prestasi yang belum pernah diraih dalam penyaluran dana bos yakni hanya dalam satu minggu. Alhamdulillah saat ini sudah mencapai lebih 92.41 persen. Biasanya angka itu baru bisa diraih bulan ketika dari satu triwulan, nah ini bulan pertama minggu kedua sudah tersalur 92,41 persen lebih,” katanya.

Ujian Nasional

Dalam kesempatan ini Mendikbud juga menegaskan bahwa pembuatan dan pencetakan naskah soal ujian nasional (UN) 2012 akan ditentukan pusat.

“Tiga titik krusial UN akan diambil pusat semuanya mulai dari pembuatan soal, pencetakan naskah soal, hingga distribusi,” katanya

Ketiga titik itu ditentukan pusat, karena pembuatan naskah soal UN memang harus memiliki tingkat kerahasiaan yang tinggi, sedangkan pencetakan naskah soal juga harus memiliki tingkat keamanan yang tinggi pula.

“Untuk tahun ini, kualitas percetakan akan ditingkatkan dengan adanya sistem sekuriti printing. Nantinya akan ada kode-kode pencetakan, sehingga bila ada kebocoran akan diketahui terjadi pada titik mana dan bila di percetakan pun akan terlacak percetakannya,” paparnya.
