Metro TV Hadirkan NSI Exposed “Say No To Hoax”

UNNES menjadi tuan rumah dalam acara NSI Exposed tahun 2017 pada Jumat, 28 April 2017. Seperti beberapa acara Metro TV sebelumnya seperti Kick Andy dan Mata Najwa on Campus, acara ini juga mengundang antusias ribuan mahasiswa dari beberapa universitas di semarang dan masyarakat umum.

Guna memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat mengenai maraknya berita palsu atau hoax yang menyebar dengan mudah, maka Metro TV mengangkat tema Say No to Hoax pada road show NSI Esposed kali ini.

Pada kesempatan ini, Aviani Malik menjadi pembawa acara utama. Wanita 32 tahun ini merupakan presenter senior yang saat ini bekerja di Metro TV. Avi disambut tepukan meriah penonton saat memasuki panggung.

Tak lama setelah itu Ia mengundang narasumbernya naik keatas panggung. Narasumber yang diundang untuk naik dan berbincang dengan Avi sore itu antara lain Deputi I Bidang Pencegahan Perlindungan dan Deradikalisasi BNPT Mayjen TNI Abdul Rahman Kadir, Direktur Marketing Detik.com Lukman Luthfie, dan komposer kreatif Eka Gustinawa. Selain itu ada narasumber kejutan yang hadir pada talk show ini yaitu Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ganjar Pranowo. Penonton langsung berteriak saat Gubernur 48 tahun ini menampakan dirinya di depan pintu masuk dan memberikan salam khas “rocker”-nya.

Dalam talk show yang bertajuk Say No to Hoax, Lukman menyampaikan bahwa 80% masyarakat masih tidak bisa membedakan mana yang berita hoax dan mana yang tidak.

Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kemampuan masyarakat dalam memilah berita masih sangat rendah. Ia juga menyampaikan bahwa ciri-ciri kalimat hoax biasanya mengandung kata-kata ajakan. Selain itu, terkadang iklan-iklan hoax juga bertujuan untuk mengakses media sosial korban dan menyebarkan berita-berita hoax lainnya (pishing).

Ia berharap bahwa dalam bermedia sosial digital haruslah positif dan menyebarkan berita-berita yang kreatif.

Mayjen TNI Abdul Rahman Karim menyinggung masalah radikalisasi terkait maraknya berita hoax. Banyak informasi yang mengajak seseorang untuk bergabung kedalam suatu organisasi dimana organisasi tersebut tidak jelas maksud dan tujuannya. “Pemuda Indonesia seharusnya pandai menganalisis informasi yang berhubungan dengan rekruitmen yang biasanya dibungkus dalam berita hoax”, tambahnya.

Komposer kreatif Eka Gustinawa berpesan bahwa tidak perlu menjadi terkenal dengan cara menyebarkan berita hoax karena akan menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif kedepannya. “kalau mau jadi aktif di media sosial jadilah penyebar berita yang positif, sadar dan cinta Indonesia” tutur pria 27 tahun ini.
