Meningkat, Keketatan SNMPTN Ujian Tulis Unnes

Keketatan Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SNMPTN) Jalur Ujian Tulis dan Keterampilan dengan pilihan Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) terpastikan meningkat dibanding dengan tahun sebelumnya.

Pembantu Rektor I Unnes Agus Wahyudin mengungkapkan hal itu di sela-sela rapat koordinasi wilayah II SNMPTN di Jakarta, Kamis (31/5). Rapat diikuti sembilan utusan panitia lokal dan tiga PTN pencetak naskah ujian.

Dia mengemukakan, hingga Kamis (31/5) pukul 12.00, jumlah pendaftar 30.537 orang. “Dari jumlah itu, 12.757 pendaftar pada pilihan pertama, 14.359 pilihan kedua, dan 3.421 pilihan ketiga,” katanya.

Mereka, lanjut Agus Wahyudin, akan memperebutkan 1.668 kursi yang tersedia di Universitas Konservasi itu pada jalur tersebut. “Sebagai pembanding, tahun 2011 lalu dengan daya tampung lewat SNMPTN Ujian Tulis 3.153 terdapat 29.119 pendaftar dengan perincian pendaftar pilihan pertama 11.957, pilihan kedua 13.697, dan pilihan ketiga 3.465,” katanya.

Menurutnya, jumlah pendaftar itu diperkirakan akan terus bertambah, mengingat pendaftaran akan dibuka hingga Sabtu, 2 Juni 2012 meski pembayaran pendaftaran berakhir 31 Mei 2012 pukul 23.59 WIB.

Sebelumnya, Unnes telah merekrut 3.779 mahasiswa baru melalui SNMPTN Jalur Undangan yang diumumkan 26 Mei lalu, sedangkan 1.879 mahasiswa akan dijaring lewat Seleksi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Unnes (SPMU). Pendaftaran SPMU yang merupakan ujian mandiri itu baru dibuka 7 Juli mendatang.

Sebagaimana diberitakan, para pendaftar akan mengikuti ujian tulis 12-13 Juni 2012 dan ujian keterampilan bagi yang mendaftar program studi olah raga atau seni pada 14-15 Juni 2012.
