Mahasiswa UNNES PPL Antarbangsa di Nepal dan Singapore

Enam Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) melaksanakan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) Antarbangsa di Nepal dan Singapore.

Pelepasan oleh Wakil Rektor Bidang Perencanaan dan Kerja Sama (WR IV) Prof YL Sukestiyarno, Jumat (21/7) di rektorat UNNES kampus Sekaran Gunungpati.

Mereka yang Ber PPL di Nepal yakni Bangkit Tri Nugoho porgram studi (Prodi) Pendidikan Biologi dan Lakhaula Sahrotul Aulia prodi Pendidikan IPA keduanya dari Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA).

Sedangkan yang di Singapore yakni Khowrul Izzati prodi Pendidikan Guru PAUD, dan Fina Ulinnuha Arifin Febrianti prodi PGSD keduanya dari FIP. Kemudian, Deby Prasetio Agung prodi Pendidikan Sosioantropologi serta Syifa’Nikmatu Rakhmah prodi Pendidikan Geografi keduanya dari FIS.

Ketua LP3 UNNES Dr Abdurrahman MPd melaporkan, mahasiswa ini akan melakukan PPL Antarbangsa di Sekolah Indonesia Singapore selama tiga bulan mulai mulai 23 Juli sampai 21 Oktober. Kemudian yang di Nepal PPL di Sekolah Salvinea Academy.

Abdurrahman menjelaskan, PPL Antarbangsa ini telah bekerjasama dengan Pusat Pengembang Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) UNNES terkait program KKN yang wajib dilakukan oleh mahasiswa.

Selama di negara tujuan, mahasiswa dapat dapat melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terhadap masyarakat setempat dengan memperkenalkan budaya-budaya Indonesia dan keanakaragaman sumber daya yang dimiliki Indonesia.

Laporan kegiatan tersebut akan dipergunakan oleh Pusat Pengembang KKN UNNES untuk mempertimbangkan bobot KKN yang akan didapat mahasiswa.

WR IV Prof Sukestiyarno menyampaikan, menjadi mahasiswa PPL Antarbangsa jangan ragu dan jangan takut salah mengucapkan bahasa saat mengajar anak didiknya, pastikan dan bersikaplah sebagai guru yang penting anda menerapkan metode pembelajaran.

Jangan beranggapan bahwa mengajar dengan menggunakan alat peraga itu sukses, anggapan itu salah. Mengajar dengan alat peraga itu hanya kulitnya saja masih perlu diperjelas sampai siswa itu mengerti. Buatlah pembelajaran dengan inovatif dan kreatif.
