Mahasiswa UNNES Gelar Festival Inovasi SMARISH FEST 2025 di Malaysia

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) kembali menorehkan kiprahnya di kancah internasional melalui Program Lantip Internasional. Mahasiswa Lantip Internasional UNNES sukses menginisiasi Festival Inovasi SMARISH FEST 2025 di SMA Irshadiah Perak, Malaysia, pada 18–29 Agustus 2025.

Festival ini menghadirkan dua program unggulan, yakni SciVentures dan Gobak Sodor Economics. Keduanya dirancang untuk menghadirkan suasana belajar yang berbeda, memadukan pendidikan, olahraga, dan kreativitas dalam satu rangkaian kegiatan.

Melalui SciVentures, siswa diajak menggabungkan sains, bahasa Inggris, dan teknologi lewat kegiatan pembuatan resin. Mereka tidak hanya menghasilkan karya unik berupa gantungan kunci dan peniti, tetapi juga berlatih berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris serta mengenal teknologi melalui permainan digital.

“Dengan SciVentures, kami ingin siswa berani bereksperimen sekaligus belajar berkolaborasi. Jadi bukan hanya sekadar teori, tapi juga praktik yang menyenangkan,” ujar Carina Nur Laili Ismail, Ketua Tim Lantip Internasional UNNES di Malaysia.

Tak kalah seru, program Gobak Sodor Economics menggabungkan olahraga tradisional dengan pembelajaran ekonomi. Di sela berlari dan berstrategi di lapangan, siswa mendapat tantangan berupa kartu ekonomi yang berisi topik inflasi, pajak, hingga asuransi.

“Kami ingin pelajaran ekonomi terasa lebih dekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Melalui permainan ini, siswa bisa belajar sambil bergerak dan melatih emosi ketika menghadapi tekanan,” kata Nurin Nufus Zakiyah, anggota tim.

Rangkaian kegiatan berlangsung cukup padat, mulai dari technical meeting, eksplorasi resin, babak penyisihan hingga grand final Gobak Sodor Economics, serta workshop resin yang ditutup dengan penjurian karya siswa.

Di balik keberhasilan acara ini ada kerja keras tim Mahasiswa Lantip Internasional UNNES yang diketuai oleh Carina Nur Laili Ismail, bersama Nurin Nufus Zakiyah, Tieska Arelia Putri, Zahra Selanova, Ardela Putri Fernanda, dan Eka Susanti.

SMARISH FEST 2025 menjadi bukti bahwa pembelajaran bisa dikemas secara kreatif dan menyenangkan. Lebih dari sekadar menambah pengetahuan, kegiatan ini menumbuhkan semangat kolaborasi, inovasi, sekaligus membekali generasi muda untuk siap menghadapi tantangan global.
