Mahasiswa Program Doktor Pascasarjana UNNES Submid Bersama ke Jurnal Internasional Bereputasi

Dua puluh lima mahasiswa Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Program Doktor dari delapan prodi melakukan submid artikel bersama ke jurnal internasional bereputasi, Jumat (22/7).

Kegiatan tersebut merupakan salah satu program Bidang Akademik Pascasarjana UNNES. Submid Bersama ini merupakan salah satu dari rangkaian Program Pendampingan Manuskrip bagi Mahasiswa Program Doktor.

Proses pendampingan berlangsung selama tiga bulan, mulai pendaftaran peserta, coaching manuskrip, pendampingan manuskrip oleh tim reviewer, revisi manuskrip, pengecekan Turnitin, proofread, dan layout sesuai dengan pedoman jurnal yang dituju.

Wakil Direktur Bidang Akademik, Prof Dr Ida Zulaeha MHum yang membuka acara submid bersama ini memotivasi para mahasiswa bahwa kegiatan ini bertujuan mendorong percepatan mahasiswa Program Doktor dalam melakukan publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal internasional bereputasi.

Prof Ida menyampaikan pentingnya publikasi bagi mahasiswa Program Doktor sebagai salah satu syarat ujian disertasi di Pascasarjana UNNES.

“Kegiatan ini adalah salah satu bentuk fasilitas dan upaya yang berdampak positip terhadap percepatan lulus studi tepat waktu bagi mahasiswa Program Doktor Pascasarjana UNNES,” jelas Wakil Direktur Bidang Akademik Pascasarjana UNNES.

Kegiatan pendampingan ini dikoordinatori oleh Prof Dr Dyah Rini Indriyanti MP dan Prof Dr Hadromi dari Gugus Publikasi Pascasarjana UNNES.

Selain itu, kegiatan pendampingan ini melibatkan pakar-pakar jurnal, yakni Dr Parmin MPd (Chief Editor Jurnal JPII, terindek Scopus Q2) dan Dr Suharto SPd MHum (Chief Editor jurnal Harmonia, terindek Scopus Q1), Farid Ahmadi, SKom MKom PhD, Arif Widiyatmoko SPd MPd PhD, dan Maria Ayu Puspita SHum MA.

Prof Ida mengatakan proses pendampingan melibatkan 11 reviewer sesuai dengan kepakaran dibidang masing masing.

“Kegiatan ini telah dimulai pada 17 Mei 2022 dengan 100 naskah artikel yang dikirim oleh Mahasiswa Program Doktor. Setelah dilakukan review ada 48 naskah yang siap didampingi. Pada agenda Submid Bersama 22 Juli 2022, ada 25 naskah yang berhasil disubmid ke berbagai jurnal internasional bereputasi dan 12 naskah dalam proses penyelesaian untuk submid,” tutur Prof Ida Zulaeha.

Kegiatan Submid Bersama ini diselenggarakan secara hybrid (daring-luring) dengan menggunakan fasilitas Smart Class Pascasarjana UNNES lengkap dengan Interaktif smart board dan kamera frame otomatis yang memungkinkan melakukan deteksi seseorang yang aktif berbicara di dalam ruangan.
