Mahasiswa Manajemen UNNES Menjadi Juara I Marketing Debate Competition

Tiga mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi (FE) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) berhasil menjadi jawara dalam Marketing Debate Competition yang diadakan oleh Century, Komunitas Mahasiswa Wirausaha, Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB), Jumat hingga Sabtu (12-14/05).

Tim yang beranggotakan Mukhammad Khazim, Anisa Kusumasuci, dan Muhammad Shohibur Rida tersebut berhasil menjadi Juara I setelah mengalahkan ttim uan rumah, IPB.

Perjalanan tim mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen tersebut untuk menuju panggung juara memanglah ketat. Sebelum menjadi finalis pada babak debat, mereka harus bersaing dengan ratusan tim lain dari perguruan tinggi se-Indonesia dalam seleksi esai terlebih dahulu. Usaha mereka pun akhirnya membuahkan hasil.

Esai mereka yang berjudul “Brand K-I-A-D Strategic: Loyalitas dan Disrupsi Persaingan melalui Digital Marketing” membuat mereka lolos bergabung dengan 12 besar finalis yang maju ke babak berikutnya.

Dalam babak debat, tim yang beranggotakan mahasiswa angkatan 2015 ini berhasil mengalahkan tim  Telkom University di babak perempatfinal dan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta di babak semifinal.

Pada babak final, mereka berhasil menjatuhkan argumen – argument tim IPB selaku tim pro pada mosi yang membahas mengenai pemuda Indonesia harus fokus pada sektor pengolahan pangan untuk memajukan pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia.
