Mahasiswa dari Berbagai Universitas Diajak Bersepeda Keliling UNNES

Rombongan mahasiswa dari 9 Universitas yang tersebar di Indonesia terlihat bersepeda mengelilingi Kampus Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Sekaran dalam Campus Tour UCMC 2016. Dengan warna-warni almamaternya masing-masing, mereka terlihat bersemangat mengikuti kegiatan ini.

Campus Tour adalah salah satu agenda yang termasuk dalam UNNES Capital Market Competition (UCMC) yang mana merupakan serangkaian kompetisi pasar modal yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Semi Otonom (BSO) Unnes Stock Exchange Study Forum (Unssaf) Fakultas Ekonomi UNNES.

Tahun ini, merupakan kali kedua UCMC mencapai tingkat nasional. Dengan mengusung tema The Hidden Power of Indonesia, dan tagline More Than Competition, gelaran ini tidak hanya menyajikan serangkaian kompetisi semata, tetapi juga menyuguhkan atmosfer lomba yang berbeda dari biasanya. Salah satu pembedanya adalah acara Field Trip : “Conservation Campus Tour”.

Campus Tour dilaksanakan hari Jumat, 28 Oktober 2016 mulai pukul 13.00-17.00 WIB dengan menggunakan sepeda dan mengunjungi beberapa destinasi di area Kampus Unnes. Acara ini juga untuk mengenalkan wawasan konservasi yang selama ini dijunjujng tinggi oleh Unnes, kepada finalis UCMC 2016 yang berasal dari berbagai universitas.

Pemberangkatan dimulai di depan Gedung Baru Fakultas Ekonomi dan menuju Fakultas Teknik untuk mengikuti Batik Class oleh Jurusan PKK Unnes. Selama 2 jam, 25 besar finalis UCMC 2016 dan beberapa panitia diajari cara membuat batik, baik menggunakan canting maupun cap. Pada tahap pewarnaan, peserta dibebaskan memilih warna yang mereka sukai karena batik tersebut nantinya dibagikan kepada masing-masing peserta pada malam Gala Dinner & Awarding Night.

Dari pelatihan batik di FT, perjalanan menggunakan sepeda dilanjutkan ke destinasi berikutnya yaitu di Kawasan Tugu Sutera Unnes untuk melakukan sesi foto bersama. Selang beberapa menit, rombongan menuju Laboratorium Budaya. Pada hari itu bertepatan dengan diselenggarakannya pameran wayang “Ki Enthus” sehingga peserta dapat melihat koleksi wayang dan menikmati desain bangunan Laboratorium Budaya yang unik. Tak lupa dilakukan juga sesi foto bersama di depan Laboratorium Budaya.

Titik akhir dari acara Campus Tour ini adalah kembali ke Galeri Investasi di Fakultas Ekonomi. Beberapa peserta dari Universitas Diponegoro mengaku senang dan kagum dengan konservasi budaya yang digalakkan oleh UNNES. Acara Field Trip: Conservation Campus Tour tersebut berakhir pukul 17.00 WIB.
