Lulus Sertifikasi, Kinerja 11.676 Guru Diharap Meningkat

Sebanyak 11.676 guru dari Rayon 112 dinyatakan lulus Pendidikan dan Latihan Profesi Guru (PLPG) 2013. Mereka menerima sertifikat pendidik yang diserahkan secara simbolik oleh Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum, Senin (3/2).

Setelah menerima sertifikat pendidik, guru diharapkan menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Salah satu tanda peningkatan kualitas adalah siswa merasa nyaman. Selain memahami materi, siswa juga lebih termotivasi belajar.

“PLPG adalah upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru. Setelah tersertifikasi, guru juga perlu saling mengingatkan untuk terus menjaga mutu, sehingga kinerjanya terus meningkat,” kata Rektor Unnes.

Dari 12.283 guru yang mengikuti PLPG di Rayon 112, tercatat 607 tidak lolos.  Guru yang tidak lolos tersebut, 565 adalah guru di bawah Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemdikbud) dan 42 guru Kementerian Agama. Adapun guru di bawah Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan 100 persen lulus.

PLPG 2013 di Rayon 112 dilaksanakan pada 19 Agustus sampai 15 Desember 2013. Sebagai pelaksana sertifikasi, Unnes bermitra dengan Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW) Salatiga dan Universitas Panca Sakti (UPS) Tegal.

Terdapat dua skema pelaksanaan PLPG, yakni block time dan non block time. Dalam skema block time, peserta mengikuti PLPG selama 10 hari berturut-turut. Ujian dilaksanakan pada hari ke-10. Adapun pada skema nonblok, PLPG dilaksanakan selama 5 minggu. Skema ini diikuti oleh 127 rombongan belajar dimulai pada 31 Agustus 2013.

    Selamat untuk teman-teman sejawat..pesan aja bahwa sertifikasi bukan akhir melainkan awal perjuangan untuk meneguhkan jatidiri sebagai guru sejati yang memiliki konsistensi dan kompetensi pedagogi, profesional, personal dan sosial yang teruji

    Selamat dan sukses saya ucapkan. Namun demikian, bagaimana dengan nasib (kami) calon lulusan PPG pra-Jabatan LPTK di bawah DIKTI sebagai penyelanggara program??? Apakah hal yang sama seperti Guru Profesional PLPG yang benar-benar mendapat sertifikat kelulusan keprofesian nya bisa didapatkan pula bagi PPG pra-Jabatan di tiap LPTK di Indonesia? Bagaimana nantinya (kami) akan mempertanggung jawabkan sertifikat PPG (kami) untuk ke depannya? mengingat kebelumjelasan tentang nasib para lulusan PPG pra-Jabatan setelah lulus. Dalam arti tidak benar-benar mengajar!!
