Pusat Pengembangan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (Pusbang KKN) Unnes menyelenggarakan Sekolah Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan (DPL) untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendampingan dan optimalisasi program KKN serta UNNES GIAT yang akan dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa Unnes.

Kepala Pusbang KKN, Edi Kurniawan S.Pd., M.Pd., menegaskan bahwa kelulusan DPL ini akan menjadi syarat bagi dosen yang ingin menjadi DPL dalam KKN Unnes giat 2 dan 3 yang akan dilaksanakan pada tahun ini.

“Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama dua hari yaitu tanggal 28-29 Juni 2022. Hari pertama diisi paparan materi dengan narasumber yaitu Dr. Ir. Ambar Kusumandari dan Amin Susiatmojo dari direktorat pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Gadjah Mada di Gedung C7 lantai 3 Fakultas Ilmu Sosial. Pada hari kedua, peserta melakukan studi lapangan di Desa Rowoboni, Kecamatan Banyubiru, Kabupaten Semarang.” Jelas Edi.

Sekretaris LPPM, Prof. Dr. Sucihatiningsih DWP menyampaikan bahwa peran DPL sangat penting dalam mendampingi kegiatan KKN dan Unnes Giat. DPL perlu mendampingi program kerja dari mahasiswa yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan menjamin luaran sesuai yang ditetapkan.

Pemateri pertama, Dr. Ir. Ambar Kusumandari menyampaikan UGM menjadi kampus besar di Indonesia salah satu yang menjadi core-nya adalah serius dalam hal pengabdian terutama dalam kegiatan KKN.

“Setiap tahun UGM menerjunkan mahasiswa KKN hampir ke seluruh provinsi di Indonesia, ketika kegiatan KKN tersebut berdampak positif pada masyarakat otomatis nama Lembaga juga akan terangkat. Salah satu factor penting dalam pelaksanan KKN adalah peran DPL,” jelasnya.

Pemateri kedua dari Direktorat Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Amin Susiatmojo S.Pt., M.Sc menjelaskan tentang pentingnya peran DPL dalam membangun kolaborasi dan pengembangan program kerja KKN.

“Dalam merancang program kerja harus didasari pada potensi, permasalahan dan keinginan pengembangan yang diperlukan masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan.” Papar Amin

Pada hari kedua peserta yang berjumlah 150 dosen perwakilan dari semua fakultas diajak untuk studi lapangan bagaimana menemukan permasalahan, memetakan potensi dan keinginan masyarakat, kemudian merancang kegiatan/program kerja yang sesuai.

Terlihat peserta sangat antusias dalam mencari data secara berkelompok dan didampingi oleh perangkat Desa Rowoboni, mendiskusikan bersama dan memaparkan hasil kerja mereka di depan pemateri.
