Wagub Lemhanas: Penting, Revitalisasi Pancasila

Revitalisasi Pancasila sebagai dasar dan ideologi negara penting untuk dilakukan rakyat Indonesia tak hanya memahami, tetapi juga mengamalkan nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya.

Demikian dikatakan Letnan Jenderal (Letjen) TNI Moeldoko MSi, Wakil Gubernur Lembaga Pertahanan Nasional (Lemhanas), saat menjadi pembicara pada seminar, Selasa (18/12, di C7 kampus Sekaran. Hadir juga narasumber Brigjen Agus Kriswanto dari Kasdam IV Diponegoro.

Seminar diselenggarakan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial (FIS)itu mengusung tema “Aktualisasi Pancasila, UUD 1945, NKRI, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Menuju Masyarakat Adil, Makmur, dan Sejahtera” dan diikuti ratusan mahasiswa, dosen, dan pemerhati pendidikan.

Letjen TNI Moeldoko juga mengemukakan hasil survei Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) sepanjang 27-29 Mei 2011 dengan 12.056 responden lewat mewawancarai/tatap muka kepada pelajar, mahasiswa, ibu rumah tangga, pengusaha, tokoh masyarakat, TNI, Polri, dan lainnya yang di 181 kabupaten/kota di 33 provinsi.

Pada survei itu diajukan pertanyaan “Bagaimana cara yang tepat untuk memahami Pancasila?” Hasilnya, 30 persen melalui pendidikan, 19 persen melalui teladan dari pejabat negara dan pemerintah, 14 persen melalui teladan dari tokoh masyarakat, 12 persen melalui media massa, dan 10 persen melalui ceramah keagamaan.

Ketika ditanya siapa yang paling tepat melakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi Pancasila, 43 persen responden menyatakan para guru dan dosen, 28 persen tokoh masyarakat dan pemuka agama, 20 persen badan khusus pemerintah seperti BP 7, dan 3 persen responden memilih elite politik.

“Untuk itu tidak salah Unnes melaksanakan seminar dengan judul seperti ini” kata Wakil Lemhanas.

Dia juga mengungkapkan, menurut riset McKinsey Global Institute Analysis lembaga riset terkenal di Amerika, Indonesia adalah negara yang sangat menjanjikan pada tahun 2025-2030 dan akan menjadi negara dengan ekonomi nomor 6-7 di dunia. Usia produktif penduduk Indonesia akan berada di puncak-puncaknya pada tahun itu.

“Jika saudara sekarang berusia sekitar 22 tahun maka tahun 2030 nanti berusia 40 tahun, maka saudara nanti yang memimpin Indonesia ini,” kata Letjen TNI Moeldoko.

Wakil Lemhanas menambahkan pada tahun 2030 China akan mengalami degradasi, akan terjadi 300 juta manusia lanjut usia. Sebaliknya Indonesia menjadi puncak-puncaknya usia produktif. “Maka kita harus menyiapkan sumber daya manusia sebaik-baiknya dan kita harus menangkap peluang itu,” katanya.

Hal senada dikemukakan Prof Dr Kaelan (Filsafat UGM). Revitalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila harus meliputi tiga dimensi yakni sistem nilai, sistem sosial, dan wujud fisik baik dalam kebudayaan maupun kehidupan masyarakat.
