Lantip Internasional, 32 Mahasiswa UNNES Praktik Mengajar di Australia, Thailand, Filipina dan Malaysia

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) terus berkomitmen pada internasionalisasi pendidikan melalui program Lantip Internasional 2025. Sebanyak 32 mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi pendidikan akan diberangkatkan untuk menjalani praktik mengajar di empat negara mitra, yakni Australia, Thailand, Filipina, dan Malaysia.

Program Lantip Internasional merupakan salah satu program yang memperluas jejaring akademik mahasiswa di kancah internasional. Melalui program ini, mahasiswa tidak hanya mendapatkan pengalaman mengajar lintas budaya, tetapi juga meningkatkan kompetensi bahasa Inggris serta memperoleh rekognisi Satuan Kredit Semester (SKS) yang diakui dalam kurikulum.

Pelaksanaan program ini dijadwalkan pada semester tujuh, dan diikuti oleh mahasiswa dari program studi kependidikan. Tahapan seleksi oleh Pusat PPL LPPP UNNES telah berlangsung sejak 30 April hingga 21 Mei 2025, wawancara pada 21-22 Mei 2025 dan pengumuman hasil seleksi pada 11 Juni 2025. Sebelum diberangkatkan, peserta mengikuti pembekalan intensif pada 17-23 Juni 2025. Adapun pemberangkatan dilakukan secara bertahap sesuai dengan negara tujuan.

Sebanyak delapan mahasiswa akan menjalani praktik mengajar di Australia, tepatnya di Braemar School dan Trinity Christian School. Sementara itu, tiga belas mahasiswa akan melaksanakan kegiatan di Malaysia, mengajar di SMK Sungai Rambai dan SMA IRSHADIAH. Enam mahasiswa akan menuju Thailand untuk praktik mengajar di Walailak University. Sedangkan lima mahasiswa lainnya akan mengajar di Philippine Normal University, Filipina.

Salah satu alumni Program Lantip Internasional UNNES yang berasal dari FISIP, Huda, pernah mengajar di Thailand, mengungkapkan bahwa mengikuti program ini menjadi pintu awal dalam mewujudkan mimpinya belajar dan bekerja di luar negeri.

“Berani bermimpi setinggi langit dan optimalkan setiap kesempatan, karena peluang seperti ini belum tentu datang dua kali,” ujarnya.

Keberangkatan peserta ke Australia dan Filipina dijadwalkan pada 20 Juli 2025, sedangkan peserta yang akan berangkat ke Malaysia dijadwalkan pada 1 Agustus 2025. Sementara itu, keberangkatan ke Thailand akan berlangsung pada pertengahan November 2025.

Melalui Program Lantip Internasional 2025, diharapkan para mahasiswa UNNES dapat memperluas wawasan global dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan di masa depan.
