Tentang Kami

Sesuai dengan visi dan misinya, Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) senantiasa berupaya untuk meningkatkan mutu dan layanan melalui kegiatan penjaminan mutu secara internal. Pada tahun 2007, Rektor UNNES membentuk Tim Penjaminan Mutu sebagai unit kerja pendukung akademik yang bertugas mengembangkan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) (Surat Tugas Rektor No. 1611/J40/ KP/2007).

Sejalan dengan berubahnya UNNES menjadi universitas negeri badan hukum (PTN-BH) pada tanggal 20 Oktober 2022 berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No. 36 tahun 2022, status Badan Penjaminaman Mutu (BPM) berubah menjadi Kantor Penjaminan Mutu (KPM) melalui Peraturan Rektor No. 11 Tahun 2023 tentang Struktur dan Tata kerja Organisasi. Berdasarkan Peraturan Rektor tersebut pada BAB VII UNSUR PELAKSANA PENJAMINAN MUTU Pasal 77, Kantor Penjaminan Mutu (KPM) sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 3 ayat (1) huruf d, mempunyai tugas melaksanakan koordinasi, pelaksanaan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi kegiatan peningkatan dan pengembangan pembelajaran dan penjaminan mutu pendidikan. Dalam pelaksanaan program kegiatan, KPM memiliki dua buah pusat, yaitu 1) Pusat Pengembangan Sistem Analisis dan Penjaminan Mutu (PPSAPM) dan 2) Pusat Data Pendidikan Tinggi (PD-Dikti).

Visi dan Misi

Visi
  1. Menjadi Kantor Penjaminan Mutu terbaik yang mampu mengawal mutu Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menuju Universitas Bereputasi Dunia dan Pelopor Kecemerlangan Pendidikan yang Berwawasan Konservasi.
Misi
  1. Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) dan meningkatkan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Eksternal (SPME) di UNNES secara berkelanjutan.
  2. Membudayakan SPMI pada setiap unit kerja di UNNES.

Tugas

  1. Merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan SPMI di UNNES, sehingga memenuhi persyaratan Standar Mutu berdasarkan SN-Dikti dalam lingkup layanan akademik dan kegiatan penunjangnya.
  2. Melakukan Monitoring dan Evaluasi Internal (Monevin) terhadap proses layanan akademik dan kegiatan penunjangnya.
  3. Melaksanakan Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) dalam lingkup layanan akademik dan kegiatan penunjangnya.
  4. Melaporkan hasil implementasi, merumuskan perbaikan dan tindak lanjut pelaksanaan SPMI melalui Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) di UNNES.
  5. Melaksanakan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan kualifikasi akreditasi program studi.

Tujuan Organisasi

  1. Menjamin mutu pelaksanaan pendidikan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkarakter, kompeten, mampu mengembangkan diri dan berdaya saing tinggi.
  2. Menjamin mutu penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
  3. Memberikan pelayanan prima kepada stakeholder internal maupun eksternal.
  4. Meningkatkan perbaikan sistem manajemen mutu secara berkelanjutan menuju universitas konservasi bertaraf internasional yang sehat unggul dan sejahtera.
