This Quality Assurance Office was legalized through the Semarang State University Chancellor’s Regulation Number 11 of 2023 Chapter VII
The existence of the Quality Assurance Office (KPM) is one of Semarang State University’s efforts to improve quality and services through internal quality assurance activities. This Quality Assurance Office was legalized through Semarang State University Chancellor’s Regulation Number 11 of 2023.
The Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) is a systemic activity of higher education quality assurance by each university autonomously to control and improve the implementation of higher education in a planned and sustainable manner.
UNNES organizational structure and Organizational Governance (SOTK), BPM consists of 1 Chairman, 1 Secretary and 2 central heads and 2 academic staff, so that the permanent and core human resources at BPM consist of 6 people. In implementing the activity program, KPM collaborates with the Quality Assurance Group (GPM) at the faculty and institutional level. Apart from that, KPM also formed several functional groups or teams, namely Internal Auditors, Internal Assessors and Internal Monitoring and Evaluation Teams.
In line with the vision and mission of UNNES, KPM activities are also aimed and directed at achieving the goals and performance targets set by Semarang State University.
The Quality Assurance Office (BPM) always carries out activities to ensure that UNNES implements a quality management system in a sustainable manner towards being world-renowned and a pioneer of educational excellence with a conservation perspective. Apart from that, it is also directed towards achieving and recognizing international management quality. In the field of HR, KPM supports the implementation of activities in the field of HR, especially those aimed at improving the professional quality and competency of HR (educators and education staff) in supporting the realization of the vision and mission of UNNES.
