KOBE UNNES Selenggarakan Pelatihan Public Speaking

Ikatan Mahasiswa Unnes Temanggung atau yang akrab disebut dengan KOBE (Konservasi Bersenyum) mengadakan webinar secara daring melalui zoom dengan tema “Meningkatkan Kemampuan Public Speaking”. Kegiatan yang diikuti oleh 150 orang yang terdiri dari mahasiswa umum dari berbagai daerah ini diselenggarakan pada Sabtu (14/11).

Kegiatan bertujuan untuk memotivasi peserta ke arah yang lebih positif serta mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai bagaimana cara kita berpendapat atau menyampaikan sesuatu dalam sebuah organisasi, khusunya bagi para pengurus KOBE dan sasarannya.

Sasaran webinar ini untuk umum, dikarenakan public speaking sangat diperlukan bagi semua orang, baik pelajar, mahasiswa maupun saat bekerja. Public speaking sangat penting karena dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, mudah bergaul dengan banyak orang, dan dapat memiliki kemampuan untuk memimpin.

Materi ini diisi oleh Nanda Pramudia Firdaus yang menjabat sebagai Gubernur BEM FT Unnes 2020.

Nanda Pramudia Firdaus menyampaikan materi mengenai pentingnya komunikasi, Elemen komunikasi personal, faktor pembentuk speaker, masalah dan tujuan Public Speaking, Sistematika dalam Public Speaking dan Powerful Public Speaking. Webinar ini berlangsung dengan atraktif yang dapat dilihat dari keaktifan para peserta yang mengajukan pertanyaan kepada narasumber saat sesi tanya jawab berlangsung.

Webinar ini ditutup dengan closing statement dari narasumber yaitu Nanda Pramudia Firdaus “Manfaatkan kesempatan yang ada. Meskipun pengalaman belum banyak, secara literasi belum mumpuni, yang terpenting ada keberanian. Ketika kita berani, itu merupakan awal dari sesuatu yang baik. Tanpa keberanian tanpa kita melangkah, kita akan terus stagnan di posisi itu. Dimanapun kita berada kapanpun kondisi lingkungan kita, prinsip yang paling sederhana adalah marilah kita hargai dan jangan pernah menghakimi atas pembicaraan orang lain,”  ucapnya.

Dengan diadakannya acara webinar ini, semoga ilmu yang disampaikan dapat diambil pembelajaran dan dapat menerapkannya di kehidupan sehari-hari. Serta untuk acara webinar ini kedepannya dapat berjalan lebih baik lagi dengan peserta yang semakin bertambah.
