Khanina Lulusan Terbaik Fakultas Hukum Unnes

Khanina, lulusan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Negeri Semarang (FH Unnes) dengan indeks prestasi komulatif (IPK) 3,82, dinobatkan sebagai lulusan terbaik pada perayaan wisuda fakultas tersebut, Rabu (9/10), di kampus Sekaran.

Adapun lulusan terbaik kedua adalah Bolmer Suryadi Hutasoit dengan IPK 3,81 dan terbaik ketiga Kartika Dianing Ratri dengan IPK 3,68.

Dekan FH Unnes Sartono Sahlan MH mengatakan, dari tahun ke tahun, fakultas yang baru berdiri enam tahun ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas akademik.

“Kami tidak hanya menargetkan IPK rata-rata lulusan di atas 3,00, tetapi juga selalu berupaya meningkatkan pengetahuan akademik, penguasaan teknologi informasi, dan komunikasi lulusan FH supaya semakin baik,“ katanya, di hadapan 87 wisudawan Periode II tahun 2013 ini.

Mahasiswa FH, lanjut Sartono, telah banyak menuai prestasi membanggakan. Tanggal 28 September kemarin, tim karya ilmiah fakultas ini meraih juara I Lomba Karya Tulis Inovatif Produktif Mahasiswa (LKTIM) Tingkat Provinsi Jawa Tengah, di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW) Salatiga.

Tidak hanya itu, sebelumnya, salah satu mahasiswa juga menjadi anggota tim yang menjadi juara I dalam Kolokium Nasional Komunitas ASEAN 2015: Debat Hukum Pemajuan dan Perlindungan HAM di ASEAN. Debat yang diikuti mahasiswa jurusan hukum dari berbagai universitas di Indonesia itu berlangsung di Jakarta, 2-5 September 2013.

Tanggung Jawab Moral

Setelah diwisuda, Sartono mengatakan, wisudawan memiliki tanggung jawab atas gelar yang telah disematkan di belakang nama. “Gelar SH yang disandang, di satu sisi merupakan kebanggaan, tetapi di sisi lain sebenarnya bermuatan kepercayaan dan tanggung jawab,” tandasnya.

Tanggung jawab ini dirasa berat karena dalam praktiknya, kehidupan hukum di negara ini masih banyak yang tidak sesuai. Sartono mencontohkan buramnya wajah Mahkamah Konstitusi sebagai pengawal konstitusi.

Menurutnya, aparatur penegak hukum saat ini seakan kehilangan rasa keadilan dan kewibawaan. Aturan hukum belum diimbangi dengan aturan moral apalagi aturan keadilan. “Penegak hukum membuat keadilan di “sarang laba-laba”. Di saat keadilan baru menjerat serangga kecil di dalam sarang itu, di sisi lain, yang besar justru merobeknya,” katanya.
