Ketua MPR RI; Ketajaman Visi UNNES Melihat Industri Olahraga

“Gelar Doktor Honoris Causa yang diberikan UNNES ini adalah bentuk pengakuan akademis atas visi, pemikiran dan karya selama memipin organisasi keolahragaan. Saya meyakini, UNNES sudah melakukan kajian akademis keilmuan yang memadai. Terobosan UNNES ini adalah tonggak sejarah bagaimana kiprah tokoh olahraga diakui secara akademik oleh lembaga perguruan tinggi”.

Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Ketua Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Republik Indonesia (MPR RI) H Bambang Soesatyo SE MBA saat memberikan sambutan dalam acara penganugerahan Gelar Kehormatan Honoris Causa kepada Ketua Umum Dewan Koperasi Indonesia Drs HAM Nurdin Halid, Kamis (11/2).

Selain itu, Bambang Soesatyo menyampaikan pemberian gelar kehormatan kepada Nurdin Halid merupakan ketajaman visi UNNES yang melihat industri olahraga sebagai aspek yang sangat penting dalam tatana kehidupan masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara.

“Olahraga modern memiliki dimensi luas dan membawa impact yang besar secara sosial, ekonomi, budaya, memperkuat rasa kebangsaan, dan mempromosikan negara di kancah internasional,” jelasnya.

Ketua MPR RI juga menyebutkan gagasan Nurdin Halid dalam orasi Ilmiahnya berjudul “Penguatan Industri Olahraga Berbasis Koperasi Multi-Pihak : Sebuah Pendekatan Ekonomi Terapan dan Manjemen Ko-determinasi” langsung menyentuh ke konstitusi UUD NRI Tahun 1945.

“Gagasan Nurdin Halid ini langsung menyentuh ke konstitusi UUD NRI Tahun 1945 kita. Dalam Pembukaan UUD Negara Republik Indoensia tahun 1945, tertulis empat tugas konstitusional pemerintah. Empat tugas konsititual negara itu menjadi dasar filosofi ideologis dan konstitusional dari konsidren Undang-Undang No 3 Tahun 2005 tentang sistem keolahragaan nasional pada pasal 3 dan 4. Lebih jauh, gagasan Nurdin Halid untuk mengokoperasikan industri olahraga nasional juga memiliki landasan konstitusional pasal 33 Ayat 1 UUD 1945. Tugas konstitusional keolahragaan nasional dijabarkan sangat baik dan jelas dalam orasi ilmiah Pak nurdin Halid ini,” ucap Bambang Soesatyo

Lebih lanjut, Bambang Soesatyo berharap pemerintah dalam hal ini Kemenpora bersama UNNES dapat mengembangkan dan mengoperasionalkan gagasan besar industri olahraga.

“Semoga pemerintah dalam hal ini Kemepora sebagai penanggungjawab utama pembangunan di bidang keolahragaan bersama UNNES dan Dewan Koperasi Indonesia bisa mengembangkan dan mengoperasionalkan gagasan besar ini,” pungkas Ketua MPR.

Sementara itu, Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga Republik Indonesia (Menpora RI) Dr H Zainudin Amali SE MSi dalam sambutannya menyampaikan terimakasih kepada UNNES yang telah memberi pengakuan atas paradigma baru, visi, misi, sistem, dan strategi Nudin Halid dalam membangun industri Olahraga, khususnya di bidang sepakbola.

Lebih lanjut, Menopra meunyampaikan, Seiring dengan kemajuan peradaban baru sebagai ‘buah’ dari Revolusi Industri 4.0, UNNES terus aktif melakukan kajian tentang manajemen dan industri Olahraga dengan pendekatan triple helix model yang berkembang menjadi penta helix model, pungkas Zainudin Amali.
