Dekan FIK: Perlu Sinkronisasi Nama Prodi

Forum Dekan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan (FIK) yang semula hanya diikuti 13 lembaga pendidikan tenaga kependidikan (LPTK) negeri se-Indonesia, sekarang telah berkembang menjadi 30 perguruan tinggi baik negeri maupun swasta yang memiliki prodi keolahragaan.

Forum ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan persamaan persepsi atas berbagai kendala yang dihadapi prodi, sehingga mendapatkan hasil untuk menentukan kebijakan secara nasional.

Dr Harry Pramono MSi, Dekan FIK Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) yang juga ketua forum itu mengatakan hal tersebut saat membuka kegiatan, Kamis (14/11) di Hotel Patrajasa. Kegiatan berberlangsung dua hari (14-15/11).

Dekan FIK mencontohkan Unnes memiliki Prodi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi ( PJKR), Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga (PKLO), dan Ilmu Keolahragaan (IKOR).

Namun, kata Dekan FIK, di bebeberapa perguruan tinggi nama-nama tersebut masih ada yang belum sama, sehingga perlu sinkronisasi guna menentukan kebijakan masing-masing prodi tersebut.

Dalam forum ini juga dilaksanakan peningkatan kerja sama antar perguruan tinggi yang ditandai dengan penandatanganan nota kesepahaman. Kerja sama tersebut meliputi peningkatan sumber daya manusia dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi olahraga.

    Setuju….tetapi kinerja fakultas dan jurusan/prodi juga harus diperhatikan karena sangat penting untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten sesuai dengan kompetensi prodi agar lulusan siap menghadapi tuntutan jaman
