Ketua Badan Penjaminan Mutu UNNES: Mengapa AMI Perlu Dilakukan

Mengapa instrumen audit mutu internal (AMI) di UNNES ini perlu dilakukan? karena instrumen AMI akan memetakan potendi akreditasi.

Hal itu dikatakan Ketua Badan Penjaminan Mutu Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Agung Yulianto SPd MSi saat melaporkan pada Opening Meeting AMI 2019 UNNES, Rabu (20/11) di LP2M Sekaran Gunungpati. Kegiatan diikuti 107 auditor dan 98 pejabat di lingkungan UNNES.

Agung menjelaskan, standar akreditasi terbaru itu beda dengan standar lama, perbedaannya tidak cukup hanya nilai 361. untuk mendapatkan A, belum tentu instrumen prodi yang disusun itu bernilai 361 kalau syarat wajibnya tidak memenuhi syarat unggul (A).

contoh prodi yang unggul sekarang S3 nya bisa terakreditasi unggul itu minimal 40%, nanti kita lihat prodi2 yang A sekarang sudah punya 40% belum, kalau tidak salah satu syarat itu tidak terpenuhi langsung B.

Jadi semua Ketua prodi UNNES dihimbau untuk bekerja keras dan menyiapkan diri, karena yang akreditasinya A bisa turun ke B, dan yang B bisa turun ke C. Satu syarat lagi jumlah lektor, lektor kepala, dan guru besar itu juga 40%.

Kemudian, masa tunggu lulusan untuk bisa A baik memperoleh pekerjaan dan melanjutkan studi lanjut rata-rata maximal 6 bulan, dan mahasiswa internasional wajib ada minimal 1%.

Semantara itu Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum sangat mengapresiasi atas kerja keras semua pihak untuk meningkatkan UNNES lebih maju lagi.

Prof Fathur menegaskan, salah satu nilai yang harus kita konservasi di perguruan tinggi adalah nilai keilmuan. Artinya, semua aktivitas di perguruan tinggi utamanya tri dharma perguruan tinggi (Pendidikan, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat) harus berdasarkan keilmuan.

Kemudian ilmunya dihilirkan melalui riset menjadi bentuk peri laku, itu akan sangat bagus sekali, dan UNNES pasti akan lompatan.
